He had quoted 7 k to which I outrightly said no, and told him I am willing to pay 5 k, and the offer was accpted immediately. Although, due to my office work I could not avail the service. Further, I would like to mention here that the rates quoted by SPs in KP are much higher that the VN SPs. There is always scope for bargain.
