In most non-western countries there is a culture and structured gender-based roles, you can argue on the semantics of how this came about, however, a lot of it is derived from our evolutions and biological impulses.
It seems strange to say but life in our current form on the planet is for the most part good, however, there was a time when the survival of our species was at stake in one form or another, because of environment or competition we had to evolve certain impulses for our species to survive.
Men compete to gather resources, prove themselves, and spread their genes, women choose and consolidate themselves upon the highest available alpha male at her disposal based on her fitness beauty, and cooperation, a strange concept for modern people to grasp.
That burning gut feeling you get when some girl, whatever her status is when she says "I have a friend" means something, it's 1000's of generations of ancestral instruction passed down that tells you "This is your territory no trespassers".

Women in these parts of the world still want traditional males, and understand that choices have consequences, men are territorial, even If they cheat, let's remember that women are the ones that cheat, men exercise options. "But doom how can you be so toxic barbaric and misogynist" well gents let's look at the data and statistics, 30% of the human male population will not leave a legacy that means for the ones who are not queer that 1 out of 3 men will never have a child, yet 90% of women will leave a legacy this statistic, strangely enough, bears out across all cultures on the planet, so a few men are creating all the babies in the world.

Women are there to get on "your" program whether it's a hooker, a girlfriend, or wife it's the same thing women naturally assume their role if you allow yourself to become what nature intended for men to be, and hey if she wants to be uncooperative, she needs to get out the door.
Men in other parts of the world intrinsically understand this, we in the west have forgotten this and are tolerating a general dysfunction in said societies because of it. No men in other parts of the world will not be tolerant of even an Americanized girlfriend to talk to other men, why because whatever fuck ups or dysfunctions are going on outside of the west, they certainly have no problems setting standards or boundaries, and if women don't want to get with the program, there is always the streets, women who are not cooperative will get booted real quick, if western men copied this maybe things would be different but as always some parts of the world have drunk the cool-aid.

So. Figured out that I was being a simp. Plain and simple.
