The food supply definitely has a lot to do with it.... I lost crazy weight here in Colombia without really having to work for it... and people here have a lot of bad habits too, but it doesn't make them fat fucks...

Went to Medellin and the very first thing they tell you is to forget about women from poblado. Why is that?. Because they are not the poor girls. They have decent jobs or come from middle to upper income for Medellin and are tough to talk to just like AW.
Also its not like every woman you see is a head turner. I went all around the city day and night. Saw some beautiful girls. But saw a bunch of fuglies too.
The pickins to me were no better than in any other city. Actually girls in SEA seemed twice as nice as colombians when it comes to personality and you can find just as many beauties. If not more.
Men also? I wonder, because AW’s stop caring about being feminine, you know, looking like women a few decades ago. Many, now because of their weight issues either wear very unflattering outfits. I tell you, the more I leave the USA on my travels, the more I get depressed as far as the femininity of the women of the places I visit versus the lack of it by our AW's. The just don't act like they don't give a shit about how they look, they actually show you they don't give a crap about it.

The good looking AW’s that I've spoken to have major, major hang-ups about the pursuit of fun and relationships. Besides the major headaches or basket cases that they truly are, most of them won't go down on you; I'd say at least 8 out of 10 won't. Oh, they will accept you going down on them all day, but won't reciprocate. They think sex is a means of getting what they want. When they think they are going to have their way and will give you a little bit of that starfish action, they just don't know how to let go and truly enjoy the experience.
Now, if you have ever seeing them in their holidays to say, anywhere in the Caribbean? They DO have the same drive and can be just as scandalous as us males in the USA! I would rather have the opinions of people on this forum who explicity travel the world looking for beautiful women to fuck than America's backyard on where to go. ISG is an EXPERT place to ask and find where hot women are to bang. Everyone agrees it's not America.
Looks like at the top of the list the people that are "dying" to get into America are from 3rd world countries. You want to compare America with other industrialized nations for a standard of living it's not even close. That's why those people are not coming here.

The problem is you have to take all the rest those countries have to offer along with the women. Which is crappy 3rd world facilities, supply of food, medical services and the lack there of, lack of any serious security for you. How diligent would the police be. Even if you did report a crime. Without a payoff.
The top countries would be 3rd world countries. And 3rd world countries are usually the ones mongers talk about women looking and behaving the way they like women to act. You think there might be a correlation between poverity and the ability of a women to make it on her own. Yes the women act the way they do because of mainly necessity and that necessity has also instilled a culture of dependency on marriage and family. If not. Then why is it when these women get to a 1st country and given the opportunity the quickly embrace the attitudes and qualities of a 1st world woman. The bottom line is we mongers. Myself included. Reap the benefits of economically disadvantage women. Pure and simple. If the economics were equal in these countries the woman would be much more selective. You don't read about mongers getting upper middle income women from these countries. This is why I am considering Russia only, the Visa requirement means that tours by the largest of Western based companies have stopped having tours because of this alone.

HOWEVER.... the women here are better QUALITY. They are brighter, nicer, and much better in bed when they DO find you worthy of the deed. They are also much better looking on average, better dressed, better conversationalists, funnier, more well-informed etc. It's all about quality and not quality.

The medical care here is very good and I no longer have to be biting my nails living without insurance like I did in the USA. It costs me a whopping $32 a month for FULL COVERAGE, and I can get seen within a few days by the GP and usually within 1-2 weeks by the specialist. The food as I previously mentioned is so much better than the fucking GARBAGE people are forced to eat in the US I won't even get into it. Crime is bad but not to the point where it really affects my freedom to move about, I still go where I want and do what I want at the hour I want.
I'm here mainly for professional reasons, and I found many things I like way better about living here. The women (although harder to get) are just a bonus...

Lets deal with what you just said. Even with insurance it takes a couple of days to see a GP. Well I have insurance in the USA thru my job. I pay about $50 a month. So a little more than you. But I can see a GP the same day I call. And a specialist whenever the need. No wait.
Food quality. There is no place that has better quality or variety than in the USA. Its about choices. The people who are fat in the US are not fat because the don't have choices of good food. They chose fatten food because of laziness, convience, (most of it being processed prepackage foods) microwave and eat and some economics, its cheaper and eaiser to buy a Mcdonalds meal for kids than wholesome food which has to be cooked. It isn't because healthy food isn't available or abundant.
So in other words you're one of the lucky few who's employers subsidize your health insurance. I'm self employed. The same level of coverage would cost me at LEAST $800 on the open market in the US. Here I don't have to choose between eating, having health insurance, or being a slave to some corporation.
And no, sorry US food is NOT healthy. It's far from fresh, it's all been treated, dryed injected or otherwise fucked with. Here food is REALLY fresh. Ask any immigrant how SICK they got coming to the US and eating that trash!

No you are WRONG, you don't read enough because your not interested. By the time I get my certifications and a year or so of experience I could leave. I would say where but you would scoff at it anyway so there's no use in telling you any different.
I am not the only one unemployed here, I am the only one on the forum willing to admit that I am.
I like White Women, my options are naturally narrow. Especially when you add in things that I think the other 49 states suck and don't want to relocate to another state. I already know women up to 41-42 yr old that still want to have children, never married. Well why should I do that? Its not any more economically affordable, it cost about the same. Also now days supermarket food is very similar in many countries.
So what you are saying, there are "choices" and "possibilities" in USA - to eat good food, not to be fat and disgusting, to make lots of money, to meet nice and beautiful girls, etc.. - it is possible of course.
But what is the probability one can make it? The probability is next to 0 in USA to accomplish all of that. Most people are lazy, fat, most women are ugly with nasty behavior, no culture, strictly consumerism society, etc..

I've been visiting some places, which are still a different world, women's normal marriage age 18-25, they are also supposed to be virgin, otherwise their chances to get married successfully get worse. Of course not everybody is doing that, but fucking around before marriage is not considered cool for women. Divorse rates are very low.
Everybody has own tastes and preferences I would prefer a traditional woman from the latter place. While they are still modern in many ways, educated and very beautiful, some have photomodel bodies but still modest, like to cook, want to have family, children etc.. - no way one can find this in a USA/West type of place. Yes, for sure some American girls look good or kinda ok, but when they open their mouths too often a lot of shit is coming out.
