Sexual Dynamics in the Workplace
I've noticed a new attitude in the Post-MeToo Workplace where women now feel comfortable making suggestive comments about men to the point of clearly unwanted advances and expressions of frank sexual interest while at the same time expecting any and all male sexuality to be fully repressed. When confronted with this double standard these women do not seem to understand the issue and laugh it off with "oh shut up, you like it".
Has anyone else has noticed this emerging trend?
I tend to think the dynamic is inherently unstable but it's difficult to see how it plays out aside from the obvious new legal precedents that will emerge. One thing is for sure, the Western World is now and forever feminized and the Gynocentric order is here to stay.
Or it could be that my institution / line of work is female dominated and this dynamic has yet to emerge across all sectors.
Thoughts?

Barra Friendly Hotel Recommedations
We were in Miami waiting for connection to DR when American Airlines cancelled our flight. We went on full hacking mode and after couple hours secured flights and hotel to Rio. However, we did not do any research prior to coming here (we've been here a few years ago) and now staying at Marriot per someone's recommendation (thank you! Would love to stay in Barra de Tijuca next but Transamerica is all booked this weekend. I am sure Vagabundo1 & Others already disclosed good recommendations but we just don't have the time now to start RTFF. Can you help us out with some nicer end hotels close to TransAmerica / Perla Negra that are chica friendly? Thanks much!
