Well, now there will not be a seating problem at the jacuzzi tables. The problem is who will want to sit there if there are no girls there -- well, except for that idiot complainer guy who wants to just sit there and watch football.
I understand the need for some rules but the treatment of the girls should be cognizant of the fact that they are also paying the same entry (or more in some cases) than the men.
I agree. I think it is not fair or right to discriminate against the girls in any way. And I hate any rules that tell girls don't approach, don't sit here or there, etc. Let the interactions between gals and guys be free, natural, and voluntary. There are guys who want to fuck, girls willing to be fucked (for a buck) and club management should let them sort it all out on their own, and have a free exchange of sexual and monetary favors.
The point I made about laying down towels is not to complain they are sitting and taking up space. Girls and guys are welcome to sit where they can. It is that they lay down the towel and then wander, often for long stretches of time, and expect that no one can sit in there. That is ludicrous on busy nights. And then, some of the more bitchy ones, frustrated at not getting any customers, come back and get snippy that you took away her space, as if she marked that territory like some Serengetti cheetah marking by pi$$ing on the tree.
The TV in that stretch above the jacuzzi does not even show football! It normally shows the news channels. So, no reason to ban girls sitting in that stretch.
Good point! Force them to sit as close as possible to the horny guys in the jacuuzi who thouches themselves. LOL.

A "free market" is better than a "state-controlled" one. But what I also know is that neither unchecked capitalism nor unbridled socialism works for the betterment of society. You need to strike a balance in between. To do that, there needs to be some rules lest people take too much advantage of others. In the FKK world, some of us mongers need places where we can go to get away from the girls for a spell. I believe the solution at Oase would be to put some flat screen TVs in the new relax room up top. That way, "the idiot" or whoever can go up there and get away and watch the games on TV if they would like. In peace.

I understand that a club owner needs to set up some rules, otherwise it will be chaos and a Wild West especially in a room full of shark-like prostitutes, nevertheless IMHO during my limited experience all this 'micro-management' you see in Oase is only making things worse.
Mauro can micro-manage and fuss all he wants about little details, but there are two things that can not be micromanaged; overall quality of the line up, and service / upselling / attitude in the room once the door closes.
P.S. I think most clubs have a number of rules in place, but you just simply don't notice that as a guest because the rules make sense and are not changed every week.
For as far as blocking seats with towels and then wandering off is concerned, yes it's a bit annoying and rude, but remember that it's also very typically German. As a kid in the 1980's I remember my parents always getting annoyed with Germans when vacationing because they would wake up early, block the sun loungers with a towel and then go back to sleep again. It's a bit of a national sport when Germans are on vacation, and it seems like the Romanian prostitutes working in Germany have caught on to this habit.
That's not true! I've seen soccer (football) being shown there with my own eyes.
Of course, this screen plays football, but Adina / Marina or Michele / Shayen were never a problem when they sit close to the screen. I liked to look at Adina beautiful natural tits on half time stop.
Anyway, now girls have good free foods and seem in better mood with full belly. Even I don't think I will go often to Oase girls, but I'm happy they can eat when they need, for their health, the best improvement for me at Oase.

True for most FKK clubs
Could be managed, but he doesn't do it.
HB.
This is not only true for Oase but most FKK clubs in Frankfurt region. Perhaps up selling and negotiation is highest in Palace amongst FKK Clubs, once you are in the room. I guess it is difficult to be policing the girls, especially when there are fewer complaints from mongers. We air our grievances here in the forum but rarely take up things with management.

Clubs have rules. If there wasn't disputes would be all handled by the girl and the guy. Clubs have at least the minimum of what should be provided in a session and what the rate of time is. Also, some are FKKs and others are saunaclubs. So, there is the general rules in nude or not. At Oase, the front desk would tell you suck and fuck is 50 Euros. This is the club's official pricing for standard services. That leaves it open for what is charged beyond that, some clubs have more rules of girls of behavior in charging extras besides what they define as official, and the way magement determines what is official is the rules, and dependant on that contains sharky behaviors.
The clubs state girls are self employed, but also there are certain things the house requires girls to abide by or there wouldn't be any standard. It's more like girls pay to work at the club. You hear about some getting banned from clubs.
Jnpr didn't you mention what should be done for being shorted on time?

Are the WGs bothered by these small rules? My guess is they aren't. At least not to the point that they would consider leaving. The girls put up with dog food for years. Why? Because Oase management was hands-off about how the girls made their money.
If Oase management, said "No overcharging tourists". "No charging extra for DFK". "Must stay at least 20 minutes in the room", I could imagine a mass exodus.

I wonder what went down in details for management to take action for something like that. It's strange how the management would take action based on one client's complaint on something like that. Maybe there is more to it? There aren't other complaints they should focus on? I'd imagine there are more disputes happen over girls trying to pull a fast one on clients.
There aren't other complaints they should focus on? I'd imagine there are more disputes happen over girls trying to pull a fast one on clients.
Some rules require more effort to enforce.
Argument between customer and WG may last 10 minutes. Then manager might pull the WG aside privately and speak with her. Then a second manager may take the customer aside to calm him down. The managers may speak to a third manager to see if the WG has a history of pulling fast ones.
Girl sitting in the spa takes 15 seconds to enforce. Manager sees on security camera that girl is occupying a stool. She gets on the walkie-talkie or tells the one of the cleaners "Hey, Bogdan. Go tell Ioana she can't sit in the spa".

Sounds like you are from the U.K. (and NOT Hamburg), since it is something lots of Brits talk about vis-a-vie German holiday-makers. You are correct, it is kind of a national characteristic, :).
If I remember correctly, HB once (a few years ago?) posted a link to a brilliant TV advert that showed a James Bond-like British tourist lean out of his balcony and throw his (Union Flag) towel into the air, and it flew like a magic carpet all the way down to last free sunbed. It was great! I wish I had that link again.
BTW: Lots of posts below are talking about Mauro managing this, or not managing that, but didn't Mauro hire a youngish Manager to deal with these type of issues? Perhaps I am wrong?
