Officially the clock starts when you enter the room. Sitting next to someone and just talking is always free. You can get up and walk away any time - no hard feelings. However, if the girl starts playing with your equipment and/or French kissing ensues, it is the universal convention that you are then obliged to follow through with the deal and take her to a room. So if she starts with that, and you are not sure, then you need to stop her righ taway and walk. Even a BBBJ does not make the clock start, though. Until you enter the room.
Normal sex with multiple positions and BBBJ are all included in the 50 euro fee, as long as it is 30 minutes or less. Usually less, by the way. I would estimate the average time that guys spend with a girl in the room is about 15 to 20 minutes.

Just a remark about complaining at Oase: This is one of the easiest places to file a complaint. One of the owners is standing at the bar most of the time, wearing a towel, just like the rest of us. You can go to the reception and have them point him out to you.
But please be respectful and not loud when you complain. These guys are very fond of their business and pride themselves in running a high class operation. If you approach them in a calm manner and point out what went wrong, they are going to listen.
On the other hand, many of the girls there are regulars, and the owners know them and like them. So you have to keep this in mind: Don't throw insults around, just make your factual statements.
Conflict occasionally occur. Sex is often charged with emotions. Despite being pros, the girls also sometimes have bad days. And they are still in a vulnerable position in the clubs, occasionally feeling forced into situations.
I once saw a conflict at Oase where a girl was approaching a guy, but one word led to another, he called her a name, and wanted to walk away. She then went flying after him, wanting to kick him in the groin. He slapped her down. You would not believe how fast the owner and additional muscle appeared. They calmed it all down in a hurry.
Bottom line: Oase tries to take care of problems. If you feel that a girl is ripping you off, and if you stay calm, you will get heard and you might get a result.
On the other hand, I have complain several times to the owner about the strobe light and the bad porn movies, and this did not result in any change ...

Extra services don't necessarily have to be negotiated up front. I have often asked for cim just before doing it. If you aren't sure of the prices it is safest to discuss beforehand, but if you know the prices it might be more spontaneous to just wait and see what you feel like doing. With cim you should make sure that she allows it since there are still a few girls who don't.

I complained about the bad porn too, and wrote a rant about it here several months ago. Some of it is dreadful, with huge blobs of silicone swinging at the end of wrinkled, streched, flaccid skin, grey-haired men desperately chugging away trying to finish, and hefty, jello-like asses. It's like showing films of a slaughterhouse in a restaurant. I offered to buy some good dvds, bring them the next day, and donate them to the club, but I got a cold response. Can't they just click on the "most popular" link on the dvd website? They must buy this crap from one of the shops in front of the train station.

I had a bad experience in Oase last Saturday. I spent about 28 minutes with a Russian girl (I checked my watch), but was asked by that girl to pay 100E and stated I used her 40 minutes. I complained to the manager. The manager ( a lady) asked me to pay 100E, otherwise, I had to leave the club. I think the manager in Oase protected girl and not the customer. Two days later at palace, a German girl spent only 5 minutes in a very rush way and left room and asked me to pay her 50 Euro. I complained to the manager (a man). After listening my complain, he asked that girl to his office to talk. I never see this girl again later in next 6 hours. I am sure she was asked to leave. What a difference!

Without mention any spesific experience, I also had several rushy experiences at OASE. Even if I had a few great times, the numbers of bad times are too many in my opinion.
In the Frankfurt area Oase is rated low on my list. I would rather go to World or Palace before I would go to Oase.

Oase can be a goldmine if you know the place and the girls. Yes, there are some workers there who really should do something else. But there are also quite a few that work there who are some of the best top acts in Germany. Eva (Denmark) can be found there pretty often these days and she is super! There is a really cute Russian named Rosie who is also fantastic. Stella (Bulgaria), Alex (Bulgaria), Alina (Russia), Irena (Russia, formally at PHG) , etc, etc...
All of these girls aim to please. There is an inconsistancy at BHH but that is the case in most clubs, even our long lost Atlantis.

I like the club far better than FKK-World. Palace is similar to Oase concerning the "quality" of women, but missing the outdoor facilities.
The "Flop-Rate" for me is not higher than at Atlantis. Try Eva, she's a cutie.

I have to agree that there are few bad apples in Oase, but it's not too difficult to spot them. At least they are honest when you ask them questions. I really liked this German girl with a killer body, but when I started talking to her, I realized that she was very cold so after some small-talk I asked her if she kissed and she said yes. Well kissing has many meanings so I asked more specifically about french kissing and she said no. She said no French kissing and no CIM. I am so glad to see that Eva is back at Oase. This fact alone warrants me coming back to that place more often. A couple of pages back I posted the experience I had with her a last year's Christmas party at Oase, and it was probably the single best encounter I ever had with any pro anywhere on earth. (And I have sampled quite a few providers in quite a few countries, I might add.)
One may quarrel about the facilities of different clubs. But the single factor that makes or breaks a club in the long run is the selection of women and their attitude. Eva's presence alone at Oase is worth quite a bit in that respect, I must admit. I will come back to Oase and try her again.
In my book, right now, FKKW has the better overall selection, though.
