FKK Oase - Burgholzhausen

During this visit to Germany I had my first trip to the Oase. Getting there was a snap with a little PDA with cool navigation software (entire Germany road map on a 256MB card) I found for around $300 at Aldi. Otherwise navigating here is a nightmare.

Anyway, last year I went to Atlantis three times during my Germany stay, which I liked a lot! I learned from the Forum that tey are closed (people here told me they got shut down due to girls without documents working there). Oase is very nice too! Good atmosphere, and the action in the movie theatre is great. You pay 65/Euros to enter. That includes use of towels, showers, rooms, suana, jacuzzi, indoor pool, and buffet or grill if you go around dinner time. You pay this when you enter to a girl behind the counter.

Then whenever you select a girl for sex you pay the girl directly (50/Euros for 30/minutes sex including BBBJ). You pay the girl after each session. If you go longer than 30/minutes up to an hour then its 100/Euros. Some girls will let you Cum in her mouth for an extra 50/Euros (this you have to arrange with the girl before cumming).

I always wear a watch so I never get overcharged. In 6 yrs. of FKK visits I've only had 2 girls try and overcharge me for an hour when we only went 30/minutes, but this has never happened to me at oase. It happened 1 time at Atlantis and the lady at the desk stuck up for me and told the girl to forget about it. I showed the lady at the counter that that I was wearing a watch. I don't want to be rude, but I hope you are on a computer in the middle of the amazon right now with a slow 14K connection via cell phone or something similar. Otherwise I cannot understand how a senior member posts such a question without scrolling one or two pages forward.

Price structure is 65€ entrance fee for all day drinks and food included.
50€ per half hour session including DFK, BBBJ, and sex in mutliple positions. One shot in half an hour, but will spend time in the room until 30 minutes if you come early.
Extras are in 50€ increments here.

The different FKK's all follow different pay schemes, but none have the entrance fee only system. X-Tref in Altenstadt and some of the Party-treffs work on that system, but those are usually 150€ entrance, and the level of service is usually worse than when the girls are getting paid directly. Also at most good FKK's the girl keeps 100% of the money. The club earns its money from the men's entrance fee, and the womans entrance fee (in Oase it is the same as the men's daily fee).

It’s been several days since I visited Oase, but I still cannot wipe the smile off my face. I had one of my all-time great days mongering there.

I had not visited Oase in about a year. There were some small changes, most notably the addition of several rooms. All of them are really nicely furnished, with mirrors on all walls, and the bed built in and butting against the wall on two or even three sides. The bed pedestals are built high enough that you can stand on the floor and the girl can kneel on the bed, with her equipment just at the right height.

There are nice little décor touches that have been added at a lot of places. However, the downstairs locker room and shower area is still sub-par.

The food has also improved. Stepping up to the competition, Oase now serves breakfast until 3 pm, and then a dinner buffet from 5 pm. On the day I was there, they had pork and beef sausages, chicken, turkey steaks, and pork steaks on the grill, as well as bread and 5 different salads. Yeah!

The have a computerized banner over the bar that spells out what services are standard. English (with lot’s of typos!) and German language. I talked to the owner, who usually hangs out at the bar, and complimented him on the changes. He has a lot of pride in this place, and it shows in the way it is run.

Most importantly, though: the girls. There were only about 8 to 10 regulars that I recognized from a year ago. But this change was very much for the better. There were a lot of new girls there, some of whom are incredible. I could hardly believe my eyes. Peter, you are right on the money with the comment on the quality of the Oase girls these days.

I arrived at 3 pm. As my first mission, I always walk around and count bodies. I saw 22 girls who were not in a room. Many more girls arrived around 5. Like yourself, it's been a long while since I last visited Oase (back in Nov03). Though I visited Germany three times since, for some reason I never felt the urge to revisit. Reason being the quality of the women back then wasn't so great and I noticed on prior visits then that the quality was steadily declining. As a result, I always made it to Atlantis (before it closed) or World instead. But this report has definitely re-ignited my interest again. With Atlantis being closed, it seems that this is now a quality place to visit. Good work.

Since a couple of you sent me PMs with this qeustion, here is an important addition to my last post: The threesome was 50 euro each for the two girls, for a total of 100 euro. We were in the room for about 20 minutes. Before that, we were sitting on a sofa in the room wiht the dance pole for about 15 minutes, talking and lightly kissing. I was sitting in the middle, and their bodies were rubbing against me, with their hands making soft contact with my chest and legs. But no BBBJ on the couch.

For regular sessions, the price is completely clear at Oase, and it is standard all throughout the better FKKs in the state of Hessen: 50 euro for each half hour that you start. (So a 35 minutes session is 100 euro.) And the new scrolling banner at Oase even says what's included.

However, since anal and CIM are extra, it is always a good idea to talk about this up front. For example, some girls just charge 50 euro extra for CIM, but with some girls they double the price of your session. No problem if you finish within the half hour, but if your session lasts 35 minutes, and then you have to spring for 200 euro after CIM, this may create tension.

Same advice for a three-some: Negotiate up front! While you are on the sofa, and before DFK, just ask "So what is the service going to be, and what is it going to cost me? " They are pros, and they will understand this crude question. Plus, by asking it you indicate to them that you are going to have expectations, that this is not your first time (at least you have read about it on this board ;-)), and that they have to offer something good to entice you to buy.

The "standard" uplift for CIM at Oase is 50,- €. It´s an extra fee payed "by case". So, unless you don´t come twice, one hour incl. CIM should cost 150,- € (100,- € for 1 hour and 50,- € extra for CIM). If a girl wants to charge you more than this, you should complain at the reception.
