Manila. It is what it is. Day 1 & 2

Manila. It is what it is. Trip report.

    Day 1.

Landed in Manila took a metered taxi and got to Dragonlink Suites.

Dragonlink Suites was OK for the most part affordable but Chinese owned. Chinese owned hotels always a pain in the ass when it comes to policy. They beat the Filipinos to death is asinine rules and procedures that only serve to inconvenience the guest. (fines for pushing more than 3 buttons on the elevator and jumping on the elevator for example) But for 22-35 a night can't really complain to much was clean and room wise was nice enough. Their ID policy is a little hit and miss. I fuck almost anything that moves when I first get off the plane so I grabbed a free lancer on P burgos st. She wanted 3 k but I talked her down to 1 k + tip and she asked me why I was so cheap to which I replied "that is what you are worth" to which she agreed. I would say a solid 6/10 not a looker but better than jerking off to take the edge off. Trick to getting these girls cheap is asking if they had any customers if they haven't they will take almost any amount of money. I had a MILF offer me a blow job right before I met the girl I went with for 700 hard pass. So time to call the girls I had lined up and I called over a couple of college girls problem with these chicks is they are dirt poor they don't have money for anything so I ordered a grab to pick them up and bring them to the hotel. I'm going to preface this by saying this was a fail. These girls were both 19 and from the barangay and extremely naive and visibly shaking when they went up to the room. I asked her if she was up for it and she replied no. I asked her if she understood why I called her and she said yes. Long story short I said fuck it and escorted them out, good news is I was only out the money for the grab. It was late by this time. So I went out and grabbed some food at the Filling Station and did some bar hopping. The bars on P burgos street have unreasonably high bar fines plus tip. So I just called it a night.

    Day 2.

Early the next morning I called a college girl (20) from cavite which is a little south of manila. This girl had been a lesbian for all of her college years so she hasn't had a dick for many years so she says. I told her I would reimburse her travel expenses which added up to around 750 pesos 2 jeepneys and a grab from the terminal. This girl didn't look like the typical bar girl. The staff kind of gave me hard time at the reception because of the way she looked. They made me photo copy her college ID kind of bullshit but it is what it is. I took her up to the room and we had talked about what we would do to each other when we finally saw each other so it was exciting and I was into the idea that she hadn't had dick for a very long time. She kept saying that she had to go to the bathroom to do something. I wasn't sure what, she said she was "shy" I thought maybe menstruation or some bullshit I was ready for disappointment again. Nope. Full on jungle Bush I'm going to say a little bit off putting I love eating pussy but there was so much hair this was not the day for that but she was dripping wet like a basset Hound in heat. The sex was actually great her body shivered with anticipation and she had some convulsions while doing the deed unlike bar girl dead pussy she squeezed her pussy as hard as she could and came multiple times through the magic of tadalafil I was able to keep up for a few hours. The look in these non bar girls eyes is way different after you have fucked a few 100 bar girls you'll know what I mean. Bar girls have this look in their eyes like they aren't all there as if they are looking past you at at this stage in the game for me disdain and indifference in any form is a turn off for me. I gave her 2 k for travel expenses and another 2 k for her coming out all that way. I also let her tag along with me at a Korean bbq place. Over all I had a good time exactly what I wanted to happen happened.

The next day I was off to AC. To be continued in the AC forum.

Some OKish beaches around town and some very nice places within a couple hours day trip or overnighter. BYO is easiest but again, many are there online. You just need to have a look. Alona, Malapascua, Moalboal are all very nice and girls would jump at the chance of going there for a day or two.
    Enjoy. G.
Yes have been looking at this option and it is getting more appealing. Apparently Nalusuan Island has great snorkeling too and an abundance of fish.

If the direct to your door charter bancas have been stopped too, the plane would seem to the the most stress free way to go.
    Cheers. G.
The seaplane often cancels flights and is really unreliable re scheduling. Also when I looked at the cost it was way too much compared to getting a fastcraft over.

The embargo started on July 1.

I was there a few weeks ago in mid-June. Picked up by a pre-ordered banca on a beach in Batangas and straight across to El Galleon pontoon.

Many bancas were still plying the route. It's stopped now though although some resort owners are getting together to buy their own larger fast ferries. Expect them on the water in a few months.

Hold your horses RK. We might be talking about different things here. I was talking about the large commercial operations which normal tourists go to. Last November 2018, I got to Batangas and was told that the fast ferry was the only option available. The lady at the counter said that Sabang Pier was permanently closed and that the bancas don't operate anymore. Muelle Pier was now the point of disembarkation. Here below is a picture of the ferry MV Golden Raptor at Batangas which I was about to board. There is also a picture of Muelle Pier. I have also attached a picture of Sabang Beach which shows the shit farm under construction (green canopy). This was where Sabang Pier was previously. When I pulled into Muelle Port, there were 3-4 abandoned Father and Son Lines bancas lined up on the shore. These boats used to take tourists.

Here is also a newspaper article link from August 2018 showing the shit farm under construction, so Sabang Pier was closed before that date.

Puerto Galera really is not that beach IMHO. I would not say it is as bad as Subic or Pattaya, but it is no Boracay either. It is definitely a great place for scuba diving though.

You will most likely receive different opinions on this, but for me it would be a no brainer: I would stay in Manila if I was arriving a 5pm and have a really good time on Burgos St. or at the EDSA Entertainment Complex and then the following day take a leisurely ride up to AC. But that's because I really like Manila bar girls and I think they are the hottest bar girls in the PI. Sure, they cost more; splurge a little. It's only money and it's your 1st night in country! Besides you can always do a little Dollar-Cost Averaging later with your Perimeter Road or Barrio Barretto bar girls. You will thank me for this suggestion later.
As always your suggestions are helpful. Have been to Subic but I would prefer a beach where I could swim or snorkel. Like Pattaya prob would only stick my toe into the water at Subic.

I am leaning to your suggestions re first night in Manila too.

    Thanks.

Thanks for everyone's patients. Yeah I have been planning a long way ahead.
Have got airfares booked already return to Manila from 3rd to 23 rd Dec.

I go stir crazy just sitting in hotel rooms or lazing by the pool in places like Angeles where I could last maybe 9 days at the most.
Don't beat me up but have been thinking about changing to go to Cebu & then around Mactan & close Islands - better option than a Sabang/ Angeles double?

I do give back - if you want a read my JBR from KL are on the Mal KL forum.

I also want to go to Sabang so coming back thru Manila will mean a stop overnight there.

One of the issues is I fly out Mon night late but advice says I should come back a day before which means coming from Sabang on a Sunday which is not advisable.

I have been told the best time to come back to Manila is Sunday night late so maybe I reverse my trip and go Sabang firts and Angeles second? Thoughts.
