Recently checked out 88 boronia Road, I've heard a lot of good things about this place. Went on a Saturday, seemed fairly quiet when I entered but it took a minute or two for one of the girls to pop their heads out of the room. I was greeted by a hot Chinese girl, she told me to wait 10 minutes, so I took a seat and noticed there was already another guy waiting before me and the rooms were busy, didn't realise it was so popular! Honestly 1240 ufg was an eye opener for what suckers out east pay.

Talking to one of my regulars who also works at 1240 avoid this place on weekends. Girls like Sasa aren't worth my cash.

With so many parlours now in bayside and kingston and glen eira, and the economy tanking I expect to see prices drop or extras added in.

I know BBFS is on offer in many places in south east at prices lower than East.
