It's true we don't see many reports on legit massages with a little extra on the side. It used to be because it was so easy to get, most massage places along Sukhumvit will have a little extra. But I have noticed on my trips post-pandemic that massage places are trending away from having a blend of good massage and extras, to being split between legit massages with nothing extra and places with a cursory massage and then a main upsell.

I have reported previously that Yama Herbal Massage on Thonglor is a favorite, and it still is in the rotation for me. Another two favorites recently have been on Sukhumvit 24.

Kyoto Massage Soi 24.

This one is a chain and you can find a few along Sukhumvit. But the one on 24 has the best facilities. The shop extends deep insides and has individual cubicles with individual showers in them, but the walls don't go all the way up, so no FS offered. As well, this place offers an aloe vera massage option, the pros of which is you don't have to spend time in the shower afterwards to meticuously clean off the massage oil. Perfect for those who are getting away from travel partners and don't want any questions of why they have a scent of oil on them.

In terms of talent, this place is mixed. The masseuse roster ranges from young mid 20's to late 40's. The older ones offer the best massages. I have been offered HJs and BJs here. Tip for extras is 1 k.

Spring Massage and Spa.

This one is interesting as it does not fully outright offer extras in the traditional sense. The massage is advertised as the "Spring Signature" and as it is a professional massage, all 60 or 90 minutes of your choosing will be dedicated to the crown jewels and whether or not you finish is entirely up to you, they won't go out of the way to make sure. The spring signature can be paired with an oil massage, deep tissue massage, or hot stone massage. Personal favorite is the deep tissue as they do a really good job of working out the kinks. It is on the pricier side though, starting with 1. 8 k for the signature and up to 3. 6 k when paired with hot stone.

As for the talent it really doesn't matter, it's a place for you body to be pampered.

Am coming back to BKK after a 4 year break (was bi-annually before), and looking forward to getting reacquainted with one of the greatest cities in the world!
