Posts: 604 Points has been Green and Red. Your best bet is to call them and ask for their guest / visitor policy.

Any tips or suggestions for a green spot where we can find some lobby action around SZR would be most welcome please!
V Hotels looks nice but seems quite far from Metro and I was wondering if this would be a hectic place to stay if you are planning to discover nice spots and bars in places like DIFC Luna, Eve, Cin Cin, etc.
4 Points by Sheraton on SZR also looks nice and fit in my budget but I saw some old comments saying that it's RED. Anyone knows if it's the case?
Thanks!

Posts: 1962As you are facing the front of the main Regency, the Galleria is on the right. You do still have to go through the main lobby of the main Regency to get to the Galleria rooms. There is an entrance to the rooms via the Galleria Mall but I think the mall entrances are closed later at night. But I don't know what time.

It could be your friend just got unlucky. As you walk from Premiere, girl in hand, to the elevators to both main hotel and Galleria rooms (if the lift to the rooms via the mall are closed later on) you do NOT need to walk left to the reception desk. Sure it might be obvious that if you are with a girl 20+ years younger dressed to kill, that you've just picked someone out of Premiere but I'm not sure why anyone would then walk close to the lobby reception desk. If you stay on the right as you come out of the mall, close to the restaurant, you can reach the elevators without going anywhere near the reception desk.
One other issue could have been how he booked the room occupancy. I always book for 2 people to stay even though I am travelling alone. If you've booked for one person only it's no surprise if they don't allow a guest to the room late at night.
The other final tip is this: I've regularly called a hotel before booking to ask outright "do you allow guests / joiners? Most say "yes if you go to reception to have ID checked and have booked for 2 people". If the hotel says "absolutely not. We don't allow joiners" you know you are in for an issue. I had that very response from a high end hotel in Bangkok recently which was a surprise but given the prestige of the hotel I got it. So rather than book and risk it. Just call them directly and ask. I ran an Ai check and got this answer which is telling.
There's no clear official Hyatt-published policy online, but based on multiple guest reports from travellers at this property:
✅ Daytime visitors (non-overnight):
Most guests report that you can bring visitors to your room for a chat or short visit during the day. .
Some say no formal restriction on casual daytime guests. .
⚠ Overnight visitors ("joiners".
Many travellers note that overnight visitors are not automatically allowed unless you:
register them at reception (passport / ID held while they're in the room).
pay a fee for the extra overnight guest (reported anecdotally at around AED 120 at times). .
Other guests report that if someone not on the reservation wants to stay the night, you may need to purchase an extra person's room rate or officially add them to the booking.
So looks like Hyatt do allow joiners provided you follow these rules. Hope that helps.

Posts: 60Hyatt Regency vs. Hyatt Regency Galleria
Ok. This is interesting. Maybe the difference is as you said walking directly to the rooms in Galleria vs. through the lobby of the main Regency hotel?

Just confirming though, sounds like there is a way to walk girls straight to the room in Galleria, then that would be my main option if I ever stay there. For the main Regency, do you have to go through the lobby or is there another path to the rooms as well?

Posts: 14V Hotel or similar around DIFC
Hi guys,
I'll be in Dubai in early May and I'm trying to find a good spot that isn't far from three key types of places I want to enjoy:
- Clubs like Czar, RS, etc.
- DIFC bars for dinners and drinks, and potentially Lucky enough to come accross some WGs.
- And finally, not too far from the metro so I can easily get around and do some incalls during day time if I find a good manager or a nice MR profile.
Might be a bit challenging to find what I'm asking for 😆.
That said, I found the V Hotel on SZR as a possible good option since it's at a fair distance from all these.
Would you recommend anything else that might be better suited? Last time I stayed at the Fairmont, but at that time, rates there were more matching my budget (180/200 per night).
Many thanks for your help!

Posts: 5The rooftopbar (Penthouse) or the nightclub (Bling) are also viable options, but I rarely go there. I meant the bar outside, they call it Praia.

Posts: 135There are working girls everywhere on the premises! From Penthouse (rooftop), to Bling, to by the Pool and the Beach Club (Bohemia), they are everywhere!
I've heard of this too. That some of the rooms are rented for the WGs on premises, but not 100% sure.

Posts: 1962I can only speak from experience in September when I had no issues but this was walking girls from Premiere to Rooms at Hyatt Galeria (not asked to show ID). I suppose if you walk them to the main reception there is a risk of the hotel saying no but I would be surprised. Was also no issue at Hyatt Centric so not sure where the Hyatt concern comes from.

Do you know for sure? Some of my friends had an issue but it was more than 9 months ago, so will defer to the latest on this.

Posts: 1962Absolutley. Not the best hotel in Dubai by a long way but it's fine. Check in, take yourself downstairs, pay the entry to Ratsky, select and have fun.

Posts: 406Hello when you Say bar you mean the one on the rooftop which has a club attached or at the nightclub down (bling)? I never understood where you find escorts there, from what time and where.

I had no issues bringing girls I met via SA on different nights to the Hyatt Regency Creek Heights.
Each evening followed a simple, seamless routine—I took them to the bar on the ground floor for a drink and then headed straight up to the room. I never had to formally register any additional guests, and it all went completely unnoticed.
If you have Hyatt points, this hotel is definitely a great value.
