Yes. They really have as many problems as US women. Except better photos. And they learn how to write letters from their girlfriends. I visited Ukraine, Moscow and St. Pete. Brought one back from St. Petersburg, but she was lazy and ended up with her girlfriends immigration lawyer, did an upgrade. If you really want a long term thing, you might have to change your priorities. While I can't speak for Ohio, in certain places like Texas, Florida, and North Carolina, the real estate market is at an all time high. At this point, the only way it's going to get substantially higher than 3% per year, is if interest rates drop. Point being: while your rentals might be providing you income each month, they also require maintenance, and to a lesser extent are a liability. Even if you have good tenants, something could happen to the houses. The house could fall into a sinkhole, bad neighbors might start moving into adjacent houses, there could be a shooting at the school in the district, who knows. Depending on when you bought the houses, if you are ahead on appreciation, you might just want to sell all but one of them. One rental is certainly a lot easier to manage than multiple houses, and you could consider hiring a property management firm. Better solution I think would be to invest in low risk index funds or bonds. Whichever route you choose, this eliminates one time factor that hinders you from meeting more women.

It would just be so much easier to meet a foreign woman online and have her visit for a few weeks then go home and if she works out marry her eventually.

I tried the weekend trips to Guadalajara, Mexico with A Foreign Affair and had 2 ladies I met at their social events come to visit me in the USA.

This is my first post, and its going to be a little long, but bear with me and I appreciate your feedback.

Here's my dilemma. I am a white male in my late 30's in a rural area of the great state of Ohio in the USA. I've been single the vast majority of my life. I took out a billboard hundreds of miles away looking for a wife and had no luck. I was a client of a matchmaking service with no luck. I'm currently a client of one of the elite real well known matchmaking agencies with moderate luck. They have put me on dates with catfish and a date with a maxim magazine cover girl, and some in between. The problem is most of the women they find are these social media type who travel for modeling all the time and aren't wife material. When they finish fulfilling their end of the contract I won't hire them again. I've tried applying for TLC 90 day fiance. I'm at the point where I'm about to start looking for a foreign bride. I've got a lot of good qualities, but I have some problems too. Physically I am in good shape, but I'm bald and I look a lot like the rapper pitbull. I started buying rental properties when I was young and I own multiple of them. I have a blue collar job, but its very specialized and pays crazy money. Since I've always been single I've always chased the money and I've got a net worth over 2 million US dollars. I own a very nice home, I have pets, I own the big boat, I have the new muscle car, but I'm still single. I literally go to work, work on my rentals, take the boat out a few times in the summer, go to church, repeat. Ill never meet a woman with my schedule. Even when I have taken breaks I don't meet anyone. I don't drink, no drugs, no kids, no baggage at all. The problems I have are my work schedule and a few other issues. I have tourettes which means I have uncontrollable muscle motions in my face that I can't control, but its fairly minor. I'm also on the spectrum and I'm OCD. Being OCD and on the spectrum actually help me with my career and daily life, but not with dating. Occasionally ill get someone in my area interested in me, but its always the same story. Its always a girl my age with kids who just got divorced. I'm not looking for a girl my age or with kids. So my question is does anyone have any other ideas for a guy like myself to meet a girl in the US that's young, attractive, and no baggage? As for your pets, the best suggestion I can offer is a good pet sitter. I know of a trustworthy one if you are interested, but you'd have to pay her a pretty penny to travel to Ohio. This won't work if your pets suffer from severe separation anxiety, but otherwise you will get back to them eventually.

If you make changes to those two factors, then your job is the main time consumer. There are good women out there, but they are astronomically difficult to find in the USA. Sounds like you want a thin woman in her 20's without kids and never married. There are a few of those on college campuses, but they tend to be incredibly snobbish, and the ones who would be interested in someone in their late 30's would qualify as sugar babies, which is not what you are looking for. You can find exceptions, but it's like looking for a needle in haystack. Or in this case, looking for an ant on a giant mountain.

If you look outside of the country, money is going to be a factor 99% of the time. So again, if you are not looking for a sugar baby, you have to ask yourself what the girl's intentions really are. Money might not be a factor in a few places like Australia, Japan, or western Europe. But again, you would have to ask yourself "Why is a 23 year old engineer or software developer pursuing a man who is almost 40 in another country?

You can find decent women in South America and the Orient, but they are going to want the benefits your money provides. And if that ever dries up for any reason, they will likely not stick around. If you are really insistent on marriage, the best recommendation I can give you is to find a highly rated family immigration attorney, and start asking questions. Already have a prenup template in place for when the time comes. You can expect the marriage to last for 20 years tops, but I would not plan on it lasting a life time.

From everything I've experienced, I think the most important advice I can give you is to find a girl from a small town. So for instance, if you are looking for a Peruvian girl. DON'T GO START something from someone who was born, raised, and still lives in Lima. Find a girl from a place like Jauja or Huaraz for example. The girls from small towns grow up under different conditions, and often don't have the same mindset as the girls from big cities.

Also, you have to understand what these foreign girls really want from a man, but also what they really want out of life. If you don't connect with them, then it will never work. That's one piece of advice I cannot help with. But I can tell you that not all of them want to be trophy wives, or just sit around the house all day.

This is a sport / adventure if you are seeking a foreign wife, and be sure they are a project. Getting them to English classes and dealing with their family issues, money problems and communication problems. Sounds like you are trying the local options- internet related and matchmaking agencies. They can be work but often do not yield good results unless you are willing to settle. Then if someone hacks their way in, they will have no way to connect the person to you. Furthermore, I never provide my real name, my email, my FB / LinkedIn / Twitter account to a WG. Easy enough to use a burner SIM and create a fake account. If I have to make a charge to a site, I use a temporary, throw away credit card with a fake name. SA has never cared that the name is not associated with credit card. They just want the $.
