It all depends on what you are looking for, but have you been to Colombia?

I haven't been to Tijuana but have been to SJO and PC. I agree with others that SJO sucks and PC is great. I had a blast on my last trip PC. PC is a real city with all the modern infrastructure you expect in the US. Also, it overall is a safe place. Good dining, good bars, good US dollar, cheap Ubers and places to stay. You don't have to deal with the arm pit of centro SJO or people taking advantage because you are a gringo. I am going to Medellin in two weeks for the first time so I will have another comparison. Also, if you can afford it, I recommend St Martin. It's a tropical Caribbean island with 5-6 chica houses. Get your sunny beach vacation and mongering at the same time with Columbianas.

Yes, the Yoo Tower has a reception desk you have to walk by to get to the elevators and there is security. However, they gave me no problems. Enjoy!

San Diego now has non stop flights to Panama City on Copa Airlines. If you're short on time and money just go to Tijuana. But if you have 3 nights minimum and some bankroll; Go South.

Panama City is far safer and cleaner with Casinos, better restaurants, 5 Star Hotels, sightseeing, Deep sea fishing, Island Hopping and more to do than in Tijuana. Colombian woman which are everywhere in Panama City rank 10 on the Chicameter. Tijuana is easier and cheaper no doubt. But if your adventurous and have the time trust me you won't be disappointed.

I just got back from San Jose, CR and it sucks. PTY is decent but I would just go to Tijuana if I was you.

Hello, writing this overdue report and will also include my thoughts on Tijuana and San Jose since someone else asked about it. It was my first time going to Panama in May 2025 last year and I loved it! Downtown Panama is only 20 minute ride from the airport. I stayed at Ticuan hotel. I am a 37 year old Chinese guy from usa. I went to sortis casino my first night and saw like 5 girls in the bar area. I hung out and declined this dark skinned girl. She came back up to me very politely and not aggressive and this time I bought her a drink and brought her to Ticuan. We stopped at a convenience store for beer and ice. She stayed until 7 am and I gave her 5. It was a fun experience because we were playing drinking games all night. The next day I checked La Bocatera or whatever it is and oh my god, what an experience. I haven't seen anything quite like it, it is a dark, kind of run-down bar with two rooms and a big bar in each room. There were like 50 girls and 25 guys, yo it was only 15 dollars for 15 minutes LOL the room was awful worst room ever with just a toilet and a crappy mattress. I had to experience it so I just picked a random girl and did the deed, she was fine. That night I went to ocean sun casino and I was surprised there were no girls. I was at the bar. Then at 7 pm, a door opens and about 25-30 girls walk to the bar, a handful of them sat right next to me but didn't engage. After 5 minutes, a waiter came over and told them to give me space since he saw I was not talking to them. They definitely take care of their patrons. Anyway, I was playing poker and this girl who was making faces with me and showed a ton of enthusiasm for me, I told her later then when I finished (lost) in poker, by the way they only had one table going and it was all sharks. I brought her to Ticuan and she was a lot of fun. I also went to a massage parlor during the day and I hit up a Panescort. This was in about 3 days time. Guys, if you haven't visited Panama City before, it was an amazing trip. The ubers were only like 2-5 dollars compared to 20-30 if you go to the cab guys for cash. The city itself was WAY nicer than I thought.

I think Tijuana still wins for easy access, comparatively better prices, decent variety of Mexicanas, and quick finds and best is walk-in heaven if you are near San Diego.

PTY my experience has been great, dig through this forums and you will see reports to source your chicas mostly colombians, Venezuelans and its mostly priced 150 plus.

SJO I will let others chime in as I don't have any experience.

Especially good that this was a mid-week visit, interested to see what weekend nights look like.

When you first arrive in the city and see the skyline you'll think you're in NYC or Shanghai. It truly is an amazing view. The gateway to South America.

An Uber from the airport is $10-$12. Many hobbyists stay near Punta Pacifica on the waterfront near The W Hotel which is Miami nice, clean and safe. I stay in Bella Vista (near the banking district) close to the old Veneto casino area which is now called the Waymore. Plenty of local restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, etc. There are 3 chica friendly hotels within a 2 min walk from the Waymore. Those are Hotel Milan and Coral Suites. Both are 2 Star joints $45-$55 nightly. There was a spa / salon to next to Coral Suites which had some very attractive women parked outside. I did not visit but will next trip. The 3rd option is Hotel Rwande which has a good breakfast buffet, courtyard, pool and outside bar. I would rate it 3 star about $80 per night. There is also an El Rey Super Market within 5 minutes to pickup anything you might need. Including booze and an A+ Loaded pharmacy!! Panama City has many activities during the day. Fishing charters, Canal tour, Island tours ($25 to Toboga Island / ideal to invite a chica for the day) hiking, golf, casino play. $5 blackjack, sportsbooks and young Colombianas roaming. Panamanian woman don't do much for me. When you do see the diamond strolling down the street.

Almost 100% chance it's a Colombian or Venezuelan ready to meet Papi.

Unfortunately world famous Habanos is permanently closed and not reopening and the building is for sale. However on my visit last week, I stopped by the cigar bar next door (Global Cigar Company). I sat down with the manager of Global cigar company (Farby 20 year employee) and had a beer and Fat Stogie outside on the patio with her. She told me they were trying to get a permit for Global to remain open and they applied for a permit to reopen the small bar above the cigar lounge. Some of you may remember that Cigar shop during the Habano's heyday. She told me it could happen by the end of Feb 2026) Yes. They do plan to fill it w Chicas. We'll have to wait, hope and see. But with Hyatt Regency across the street highly doubtful.

Regarding Chicas I visited Waymore, Sortis and Casino of the Sun. All 3 casinos had plenty of women. The later you visit the more desperate they are to close a deal. La Bocaterena is also a must. $2 ice cold beers, friendly bartenders and available woman. No diamonds but fun anyways. An experience you'll remember.

I chose to pipeline on Panescorts a few weeks before my visit and it paid off. College student, nurse and a yoga instructor. All 3 Paisas from Medellin. All 3 exactly as advertised. They were on site in less than an hour after I WhatsApp'd them. It's an amazing turn on when 22-27 year old women beg to see you with GFE service. All 100% Nuggets!! Bringing small gifts for each did not hurt either. Thongs, sandals, Make up, teeth whitener, etc. Small token investments paid off big time.

Panescorts has always been a gold mine for me. Sure I preferred Habanos back in the day because you could interview the talent. The casinos mentioned above still allow you to do that. If Panama is not your main destination and you travel via Copa Airlines, it's a good city to plug in a 24 hour layover. Copa has non stop flights from Houston, Vegas, Chicago, San Diego, LAX, Miami, etc.

Those of you writing off Panama City of course that is your right. Instead of an overpriced money pit boyz trips to NYC, Vegas, Miami, I highly suggest Panama City at less than half the price with many activity options during the day and beautiful women at night. I left with a smile on my face and hope to return soon.
