I'm white guy I had no problem finding girls in AC. Did see a Korean guy pull 5 girls from ponytails and high five his buddies though pretty funny.

These buildings are inside the CDC freetrade zone. Ie don't expect access to be made from the Perimeter Road side.

When people talk about investment and buildings, be aware there is significant difference between investing outside the base and inside. Foreigner money can be made inside the base with wholly owned corporations, not in partnership with Filipino. As well as Chinese money, there is big money from Korea in Suncity and big money from Japan in the area near the race track.

The impact of this is that this creates alternate employment opportunities for local staff. While an uneducated pregnant teenager may not be working in a top flight call center, she can however fill the vacancy of the girls who do migrate into employment on base.

But don't panic just yet, the population just keeps growing.

Like it. "Pop a San Magoo and enjoy the show" The right attitude, methinks.

I second it. If one is ready to spent 100 Dollars a night you can have a wonderful evening in AC. My budget is 3000 to 4000 peso per night and I get everything out of it. If one is capable of spending 10000 per night he is king.

It's opposite Lewis Grand Hotel, next to the Honda Dealer.

    Good one, I like it!

How dare anyone deny their riches to the poor people of the Philippines. You will pay a high price, if you do that (LOL).

    Really?

The level of good time you wish to have increases the cost you will have to pay. To anyone wanting a good time in AC proper expect to budget 10,000 MIN per day on entertainment. This does not include your food and lodging. If you wish to be a cheap charlie that's your choice you can do that too. BUT don't expect to receive any attention in the bars from the girls. Interesting logic. Bit like saying yeah you can have a brand new top level sports car just like 40 years ago. Only you just have to pay more.
