He's Canadian and the bar is in Chiang Mai, in the boxing stadium. Jax Bar. It's his second bar in CM, the first one went belly up. He's really open about everything, including costs, his losses and failures. He has a great series of videos about his experiences, and a website to assist others who want to open a bar.

I don't really care what town he's in, I'm assuming somewhere in Pattaya or Phuket, the point is that he's got a small hole in the wall dive bar type deal going on and seems to be doing ok. If he's American, it makes sense. But if he's Canadian, it makes ZERO sense, especially since Canada is such a great country with free healthcare, but to each his own I guess.

Is that what happens? Do all the farangs that go to Thailand eventually just open a bar? Is it that easy? I don't have much cash, but it sounds like almost anybody can do it. If this neckbeard dude can do it, then christ on a stick, anybody can. He looks like he went straight from living in his mom's basement to owning a girlie bar in Thailand.

Back from a 1 month stay. . . . BBFS was easy to get. . . . On Soi 6 had some killer sessions with great attitudes and fair prices. . . . Smile like a game show host and buy one lady drink. The ladies appear genuinely happy I wanted more than just a drink session. . . . Maggie Mays, Buzzin Bar on the opposite side, and a few others. (On Soi Chaiyapoon?) Why waste time here? . . . Some ladies are indeed drink only and not interested in boom-boom. . . . Too many YouTube creators.

Such an informative report! I especially like the advice to smile and have a positive attitude. Pattaya runs on customer service. If you're a sour faced tosser you start with two strikes against you.

Evidently, not a lot of posters here are actually in Pattaya. Because if they were, they would be commenting on the horrible traffic for Songkran. Bolt is unavailable tonight, unless you want to pay for a special car. I don't go out, but tonight, my inbound lady can't get a taxi.

Bro, you not telling me nothing. I have stayed closed to home. At 0400 a motorbike taxi stopped by while I was waiting for my walking partner to join me for our walk. He told me that if I need a ride I better take it. As there is going to be low availability for Songkran. I stay close to home. Where I stay I can walk to most places without getting hit.

Only time I have was once. Massage girl got me on the Baht Bus on 2nd Ave. Was a good shot. Baht bus was moving. She hit me center of mass.

Sandy reaches for the bin and picks up the invoice. She turns to me and asks, "Put 400 Baht?" Yes! Just like the Enrique Iglesias song, "Tonight, I'm fucking you. " When she brings the final invoice, the total amount is 1,475 Baht. I gladly pay the amount and off we head for the stairs to heaven on the second floor. Sandy leads the way and I'm following behind her. As we go up the stairs, I'm preoccupied with staring at her beautiful ass that I do not realize that she is not carrying any towels with her. I only notice it once we are inside the room.

I ask her, "Where are the towels?" She says, "No towels. Today is my first day at Sexy. " Well, this day is going from great to bad. "What do you mean no towels?" So what did we do about the no towel situation? We improvised. That's all I'm going to say. I help Sandy get undressed. I cannot believe that this is actually happening. I thought the day would never come. Her natural breasts look quite large in the photo. Under no condition should an individual claiming to be security be throwing the first punch. This is unprofessional behavior. These individuals should not have these jobs. Period. FULL STOP!
