Thinking of doing an end of year trip to Buenos Aires. Anyone have any experience there? How does it compare to a city like Sao Paulo? Medellin? My big reasons for choosing BA over SP is I speak broken Spanish to a degree so I can communicate for all the things I need. I speak no Portuguese at all. It doesn't seem like BA will be significantly more expensive and I don't want to be in a monger destination like SP. I want to trail blaze for a change. I am also gambling that with the recent inflation in Argentina and lack of sex tourists, I may have found a city which is on the rise for our hobby, am I wrong with this gamble? The BA thread is basically dead, so I am posting this here. Flight prices are very high for the end of the year. I am figuring a round trip out of Northeast USA at a decent time of day is going to run me close to 2 k. It looks like my best bet is to get to Miami or Orlando the night before and then fly out of there in the morning to BA or maybe SP if you guys think a BA is a waste of time. My biggest concern is the girls are not going to give the unrivaled service of Brazil, so Like I said if anyone has any experience and can share their 2 cents, I would appreciate it and I ll be sure to report the data from my findings upon my return.

IMO that is a contributing factor, but not the actual reason. Lots of girls tour, but its a temporary thing for most of them. They'll hit up Dubai, London, and maybe somewhere in Asia, but they use it more as a working vacation. Plenty of girls do OF and the Brazilian equivalent Privacy, but the vast majority do it in addition to working at the clubs. It supplements their income and allows them to work less, but most don't earn enough to replace it.

The real issue as far as I can tell is two things. First, Scandallo has a very demanding schedule, and a lot of the girls just can't keep up with it. If they miss a day they owe a fine, and once that happens they run the risk of going in and losing money. The absolute knockouts didn't really care before, they'd work when they want and just consider the fine the cost of doing business, but that brings me to the second problem. I don't know how long it has been going on for, but it seems like there is a lot less money out there lately in Sao Paulo.

Last year when I was here I'd have to wait in lines. Short ones at Scandallo, and long ones at Casarao. That is not happening to me anymore, and while I see lots of guys out drinking and talking, it does not seem like many of them are taking girls to a room. If the girls can't guarantee a payday, they stop showing up at all.

Do you think the top girls are escorting? This has been a successful path for many mongers here, but it requires a lot of research, translation and patience. It's not at all as simple as thumbing through webpages and pointing your finger at hot photos. Of course, some have tried this method with mixed results.

Now we don't know exactly how many top girls that might drop in at Scandallo actually have regular local clients they see but will never advertise on-line. Obviously, there are a lot. And we would never find them unless we were lucky to be at Scandallo when they dropped in.

Logically if the economy sucks, the girls have to be out there somewhere. This is where venues like the old Help Disco that catered mostly to foreigners were a match made in heaven for mongers and Brazilian girls looking for steady income during local economic slowdowns.

I've never been to Scandallo but if I had to choose between the best FKK and Malio club I would have no hesitation in choosing Malio. The best club I've been to ever. The quality, quantity and variety is amazing. You can meet women from around the world there.

Yep, Malio is great. But you got to check out Scandallo if you have never been. It's great too and like I said, Scandallo girls are all FL's ie independent contractors so you can take them home with you if you want plus you can cut out the middleman on subsequent rendezvous. Helps to say that you only have 2 k in cash and do not want to use CC, as even the less intelligent girls get that 300 for the room and 500 entry limit your maximum to 1200. But spending 2 k, almost 400 USD, on a girl in Brazil that is not absolutely stunning, lingerie model type quality seems excessive. The winning strategy for me probably is to go early, pay 300 & eat there, and enjoy the club and fool around with a number of hot girls and get their numbers. Being a tall, blond Euro guy in the lower half of the age bracket usually helps to settle for much lower prices, plus they do not have to recover their entry fee.

I agree Scandallo prices very high and are getting out of control. I still think there is a 2-tier pricing structure for locals and tourists, but I am keeping an open mind to see if that isn't the case.

- The cab driver said it was a rather slow night and Wed / Thu had a much broader and better lineup (as some folks mentioned here). Was not an option for me this time, but I will try to check it out another time. One thing he said that was a bit worrying is that lately, the super hot chicks started moving to Onlyfans or Dubai. The bar located in the Hyatt in Singapore was Brix, near Orchard Road. While Spasso was located in the Hyatt in Bangkok, near Chit Lom BTS.

Does anyone know if Building 134 (Edifcio Itatiaia) is really closed? I was a great place for a cheap session when I was last in Sao Paulo, but looking it up on Google Maps, it says permanently closed (I am surprised google maps would collect information about such an establishment). I am familiar with building 69, but if Building 134 is really closed, does anyone know if they relocated, or if there is something similar in Sao Paulo. A lot of garotes hung out in 134, I would think they would find another similar place. Thanks for any information you can provide.

Anyway, Brix in Singapore is one of my favorite bars in the world and Spasso not so much. They both have a similar formats, layout and feature live music, but the quality of Brix girls is far better than the quality found at Spasso. For example, the most beautiful Filipina girl I ever met was in Brix one night and I spent a lot of time fooling around in Makati Go Go's with some very sexy girls, so I am very familiar with Filipina looks, but this Brix girl was a stunner.
