I am guessing the images of the Adelitas' girl dying in a pool of blood with her throat slit shocked a lot of girls. The putas now feel their jobs are dangerous and they deserve combat pay, so they all demand $100, no negotiation.

This wingman did a lot of stupid things. If he keeps being late to go home and inconveniences his wingmen, nobody will want to ride with him, regardless of the cause of the delay. He did a very stupid thing taking the girl to the hotel, knowing he did not have enough money to pay her. He was lucky they let him go. They could have policia throw him in jail at the station waiting for payment. They probably made a big scene; he was really shaken up. I hope it taught him a lesson.

1 or 2 years ago one of your Kimchi brothers also ran out of money to pay an Adelita girl. They got kicked out of Coahuila hotel so she was holding him out on the street. He called me and I ran out from Hong Kong to bail him out with cash.

Years ago I also did an Adelita girl, thought my pocket was full of cash, more than enough to pay her, but the cash turned out mostly $1 notes and I was way short. It was an honest mistake. She was a sweet girl, disappointed but was cool about it. I paid her back the next week with a big propina. Looks like girls get stiffed often by assholes, so a lot of them insist on money upfront.

Please bare with my noob questions, but how often does a murder or violence like this happen in these Tijuana bars? Not just with girls, but just at all?

I was in the Hong Kong a year or 2 ago, I was in the back near the back door, I heard a couple of shots so I hid under a table with a Mexican Girl, she was shaking and after a few minutes of of calm I grabbed her to get her out of the bar. She said we should just stay there, I said no we got to get out while we can. It turned out to be a Mexican wife who went in the back to shoot her husband for being there, well she was the one that was shot in the leg after brandishing her weapon just outside the back door. She was taken to a pysichartric hospital after being treated.

Arrived in La Zona Thursday night. It was cold and windy. Not too many girls were working on the street. Went in and out La Zona's putas bars a couple times between hanging out drinking with the bros, flirting with girls, taking them to the hotels, going out to eat a few times.

Adelita had about 40 girls and 20 guys. A fairly hot girl was stripping on the center stage. Half a dozen lined up on the high stage by the wall. The rest were sitting around the bar eyeing guys like hawks hehe.

Went around looking at all girls but did not see anyone hot enough. Got a table near the stage and ordered beers, watched strippers on stage. Adelitas carries a lot fewer beer brands than HK. I started to feel sleepy so just left her go back to sit at the bar in a row with the 2 dozen girls who did no business all night.

While drinking with the bro, I was texting the wingman in HK a few reminders to get ready to go home, but he did not respond for close to an hour. An hour after scheduled return time, he finally called with shaky voice, gave me a Cascada room number, pleaded with me to bring some money so he can pay a HK girl. I was incredulous that he was an hour late to go back and wanted me to walk back to Cascada to loan him money to pay a puta. I later found out his favorite HK GF unexpectedly showed up to work 3 days early, grabbed him for drinks then dragged him to the hotel. He paid for the room so he knew he was short of money to pay her, but he was counting on me to come running to the hotel to bail him out. When she found out he did not have money to pay, the GF quickly turned into a raving girl, screaming, shouting, called him names, held him hostage in the room, called hotel security and threatened to call in policias. He was badly shaken but I was getting sleepy and was afraid a late drive back may end in an accident. I was pretty mad at him for doing lots of stupid, irresponsible things, so I declined to go back to Cascada to bail him out.

It was a long story. He got out of the room badly shaken. We got home 2 hours late. I am still pissing mad at him.

More often than people think I think. Was in Tijuana a couple weeks ago. Arrived the day after that one girl got killed by the former basketball player at Adelitas. A woman I've known for nearly 10 years that used to work at Adelitas for 15+ years (no longer works there due to the bar being closed and is uncomfortable with the speakeasy setup due to COVID) told me she personally knows of four incidents between just Adelitas and HK in the past year alone where a girl was murdered. According to her, at least one of those murders was at the hands of a military person from the USA That's what she told me. She would have no reason to lie or exaggerate about it. The clubs apparently go through some lengths to keep that stuff low-key and out of the news. Was surprised when she told me as I've been going down to Tijuana for about 10 years now and never even once heard about a girl getting killed in the clubs before a couple weeks ago. But it's apparently not uncommon. I will say in my years of experience going to Tijuana I've always felt safe and never had problems with anyone, Tijuana cops included.

La Malquerida has definitely had some issues over the years, tropical a few incidents and about 10 years ago a masero at HK was shot dead in the alley just outside the bar. I guess earlier that evening he threw a drunk out for harassing the girls. He said he would return later and kill him. He did! As soon as he returned the masero ushered him out into the alley where the guy pulled out a gun and shot him. The HK was shut down for a period of time but I forget for how long. This is also when bars started to pat down patrons upon entering. Before this incident at HK I don't ever remember being touched up before entering a bar in the zona. It sucks that the actions of a few have to ruin it for the many. Most problems are contained and I've always felt safe in the zona. IMHO they do a good job. Moe.

There was an incident in Tropical a few years back where a guy came into the bar with a gun to shoot his girlfriend. He ended up getting shot and killed by the policia outside the bar as he ran. My ex girlfriend from Tropical (her name is Yamilet for all those of you who remember all of my trials and tribulations with her) was sitting in Tropical a few years back with another girl. A local came over, started chatting her up and told her to let him see her cell phone. Yamilet refused, at which point the guy punched her straight in the face and broke her nose. The waiters cornered him and the policia came and took him to jail. I met a girl in Tropical one night years ago and she told me she wanted to see me again outside of the bar. Apparently, her boyfriend caught wind of this, called me and told me that he would shoot and kill me if I ever was seen with her in Tropical. Dude was some big ass biker from Columbia. Needless to say, I stayed out of there for years.

If you read the news a lot, almost every strip club in USA has had a ton of shootings over the years. The most vicious I've read were in queens nyc. You could make a movie out of the shootings in that place. Most of the drama happens in the parking lot, just this year a San Diego padre get stabbed after issue in San Diego strip club. Even in Los Angeles in nicest neighborhood you can get shot walking your dog if someone wants your dogs or wants to ransom your dogs.

The bars try to keep things as low profile as possible. Besides AB, in the past 5 years I can recall 3 shootings in Tropical (chica and manager wounded, shooter killed by police), 2 in HK and 3 in La Malquerida.

I also remember 1 hit in front of the Chicago club. Plus a hit on some cop a couple of blocks over. Plus some shootout 3 blocks south.

About 2 blocks North of HK is drug central and I remember Mexican Marines doing a bust on the street while 3 cops were hiding behind the pickup scared shitless.

I was there Saturday night. It was actually pretty difficult walking down that hall. After seeing the video so many times, it's just surreal.
