Thank you! I was looking to be as thorough as possible with my experiences in the hopes that it would answer many of the questions guys here had. I still left out quite a few details. But I think what I wrote should be enough to give somebody a decent idea about what to expect if they were to spend the weekend in Sosua.

Without further ado I would like to say you are monger of the year. It's not as bad as other mongers make it seems your information lines up with how the chicas I communicate with from time to time. Most don't use dating apps they wait in restaurants, bars or by supermarkets for mongers. I hate the fact the ones who try to rush are literally fucking shit up out there.

I agree, the DR isn't as bad as other mongers make it out to be. It's still a relaxing island paradise with easy sex available. And I agree with you, a lot of chicas are just out there on the streets waiting for gringos to pick them up. Quite a few times on the streets, I noticed chicas making some HEAVY eye contact with me. And a few of them would softly say "hola" as I was walking past them.

I think many of the mongers were just happier with the chicas making the first move and overtly being sexual. In this new climate post-Atlantico, chicas are now relying on the gringos making the first move instead. Which is fine by me. It's not like you need any real game to chat these lovely women up in the first place.

I went to the newly opened Classico's twice during my weekend in DR. It was. Meh. Many working girls there, but they were all dressed up in club outfits (think dresses and tight jeans). Which makes sense, as the cops on the streets are cracking down on girls that are obviously dressed as sex workers.

As I said in my original post, none of the working girls at Classico's were really all that attractive. By far, the hottest women at the club were the workers. The waitresses and bartenders. Oy marrone, some of those waitresses should have been goddamn models. But these workers seemed to be all about business given the way they were moving around, taking orders, handling alcohol, communicating with one another, etc. Despite how good they looked, I didn't get the sense they were there for the men to take home at night.

As a club, it was nice, but not all that different from some of the mid-tier clubs we have here in the US.

Sure. But once you run through those handful of decent chicks, then you're in a bad spot.

I had Tinder, so I had options. But for my friend who didn't have Tinder, his options were limited. Our last day there, he spent most of his time at Bailee's just partying it up with the bartender because none of the girls really caught his eye anymore. I don't think he even fucked a chica that night.

10-20% winners, 80-90% losers.

With a winner being a girlfriend experience with a girl. The losers being just BS service. If you're a monger, you know exactly the type of service I'm talking about. Non attentive, wham bam thank you ma'am. That kind of thing. So yeah, expect 80-90% of your interactions to be like that, unless you vet extremely well, but even that is difficult to do and no guarantees.

My experience was similar to the previous poster who made a report here. And similar to what you said, few winners but more losers. So I expect that's the most expected outcome for any monger who comes here.

That's because there are no loads of hot stunners walking around in Classicos. There's mostly a bunch of dudes in Classicos, like a line of 20-30 dudes just standing against the wall. I've seen it, on both floors of Classicos, the main floor and the second level (which you have to pay 500 pesos to get into).

I'm posting a full review soon to break everything down.

It's a lot of work though so I honestly can't get it out until the end of the week. This is really a massive amount of writing I'm doing on this.

I get where he's coming from. Out of those 50 girls, only 10-15 look good enough to approach. And out of those 10-15 chicas, only 3-4 are personable enough (or freaky enough) to bring home for a good time.

So constant circulation is a good way to keep things interesting.

Until this weekend that just passed, I've never been to DR. I was never a part of the ongoing debate in this thread about whether Sosua is dead or still very much alive.

What I'm going to write is my attempt to be as honest and thorough about my experiences in Sosua this past weekend. Interpret my words as you please and I hope to answer quite a few questions here, even though I'm a DR newbie.

- Preparation.

For a few weeks before my trip to Sosua, I've been doing some heavy research. That included reading through this thread, watching a whole bunch of videos online, and even reading up on Operation Atlantico. So I didn't go into DR naive to what's been going on. That being said, I was still excited to go as my buddies couldn't stop raving about their time in DR more than a decade ago...

I'm thinking it'll take at least 2 hours to read through the whole thing. So yeah. If anyone is committed to reading it all, just be warned, it won't be possible to do get through it all quickly, you'd need to like dedicate a block of time out for it.

Or if you want, you can just read the conclusion section at the end (I'm including an intro and conclusion). If you do that, you'll miss like 99% of the context though as to why I conclude the things I conclude, so, that's up to you.

Oh indeed, the current set-up is ideal. I don't want to be molested just walking around outside.

I remember coming back to the hotel late one night and the Slimer-looking guy manning the front desk had a (meh) girl sitting right near him. The girl immediately came after me and started pleading that I take her upstairs with me ("Please papi, I suck SO good, let's go" It took me a good minute to shake her loose. If these were the type of girls that were running loose in the streets of Sosua just one year ago. I can see why the government had to call in the military to clean the place up LOL.

To answer your first question, I would say 70% of the chicas at Bailee's were camping out there for the entire weekend. A couple of them even had rooms upstairs at the Sosua Inn. But I understand why we tend to see familiar faces day in and day out at Bailee's. Many of these girls come from out of town and stay in Sosua for a few days just to make some extra money. So if you're looking for variety on the streets, you'll probably need to stay there for more than one weekend, as new girls seem to come in from out of town on a weekly basis.

It's worth noting most of the girls would only typically came out to the bars after 5 PM. Sunday was the exception though. For whatever reason, people at Bailee's decided to get the party started early afternoon on church day. Also worth noting that some of these girls also travel around Sosua. One of my friends hooked up with a working girl over at Club 59 (Classico's). The next day, we saw her at Bailee's. She ended up being a bit of a nuisance as she was trying to pull my friend for round 2.

If you're only there for a weekend and you want variety, your best bet is Tinder. Many many girls on Tinder. In fact, I suspect that the local working girls in Sosua opt to ply their services through Tinder, whereas the out-of-towners are the girls touring the bars looking for clients.
