the holding of IDs is a safety thing for you... if they try and run with your stuff... Europa has always been okay with women but they have gotten a little greedy with people who try and bring back more than one and if they can con you get a fee when you try to have a rolving door of women... talk to the girl at the front and you should be okay...
I also heard the night guy tries to shake the girls down for money at Recedential (also on the strip)...

Guy just reported that Europa demanded IDs from all women coming in. I never found that to be true. A girl would give her ID at the desk (which she would get back if she returned under favorable circumstances). That's a pretty good protection for the tenant.
The Europa rents apartments across the street, where there is no check on anyone you bring around. I've never stayed there, but I sorta appreciate the attention the lobby staff cares about the locals you bring around if you stay in the hotel.
I've brought as many as three into the Europa on a single night, and never had a problem at the desk, where their ID cards are checked. That was a year ago, though, and maybe things have changed.

If you are going to stay in Sousa and it is your first trip - the Europa, Palace and Residential are all good choices for a first time visitor.... prices are decent - they are chica friendly - though Europa and Residential usually limit your chica intake.... after the first one they are known to charge sometimes as much as $15 for the night....

New to Sosua, and DR.
Planning a trip next month, I want a hotel, chica friendly, clean and safe, maybe with a bar that has chicas ,45 to 65$ range. A friend told me the Blue Dolphin???

Tom - you obviously had some bad luck in Sousa... you need to hit the beaches and relax at one of the bars and watch and wait for the right girl.... everyone's tastes are there and virtually every woman is available all you have to do is say "Ola" and they will come to you.
I would have stayed in Sousa not POP.... you could have gone to Ana Mariana's in the other direction from the Playa Delrado complex... hot girls, lesbian shows and inhouse for 1000 pesos and no cabana fee! or pay salida and get one for 2k for all night

La Passion Spa is on the other side of the same street as the Hotel Europa going west away from the town. It is small hut like thing with a bar. I would say about 100 yards.
The price for the massage fixed.
Salida is the money you pay the establishment to take out the girl for 2 hours
or whatever the length of time you require. You negotiate with the girl for the services.
My friend took a girl from there and paid 2000 pesos including salida for 2 hours.
Best thing is most of the girls who work there can be seen at classico disco after they finish work. You can pick them up from there avoiding the salida fee. Also if they like you , they will give their phone no. to you.

Classicos is a right turn from the Europa.... ask the front desk they can point you.... salida is for the house... some places have the girls as part of the bar.... How far is Classico disco and the La Passion Spa from Hotel Europa? I will be staying there at the end of May from the 23-29th. I cannot wait to see the different flavors of chicas to choose from.

Arrived on the thursday with a small plane from Punta Cana. Flight takes about 1 hour, very bumpy, even at some time scary when they hit the clouds. I took a cab to hotel Europe and checked out the bars in the streets. There were only very drunk old guys there + the most ugly chicas I ever saw. After some presidentes I decided to call it a day, obviously I was at the wrong end of town....
