I'm from Seattle as well and really don't bother with the scene here anymore. I make the occasional trip to Vancouver and have had great luck with with the following:

* 1122 group. You can find this group on https://www.leolist.cc/ . When you go to the website just search for 1122. They post each morning around 10 am with whoever is available that day. Ads are removed at the end of the day. Be careful, because they are a popular group they sometimes get imitators that use a similar phone number to try and bait people. They are based in downtown Vancouver only. Not sure? Just cross refrence the girls names on https://perb.cc/. Pros: Girls are mostly college age, hot GND types, and well reviewed. Organized group, very responsive and they offer a loyalty program for regulars. Cons: no website, you can't pre schedule, girls can book up fast. I generally check the ads in the morning and text the handler ASAP when I have a time.

* West Coast Angels. Hot model types. A little more expensive. Well reviewed on Perb. CC. Pros: The girls are really hot. Services are as advertised and really good. Easy to prebook. I visited all of USA recently and found strip club scene is excellent in Vancouver. Profesional dancers with full view. Not like only topless in USA. Even Vegas sucks.

In FS front lots of asian website like XiaoDimsum, Yumiko and many provide excellent service within 200 -300 budget. That dongeon (I don't know to spell) with rimming is excellent buy only few mature providers. Hygiene issue is also good with SP providing shower. Vancouver is good to enjoy a pornstar life in North America.

Only North Vancouver is somewhat dead with only MP where you get FS.
