Yep, visited Czar yesterday but frankly talking, it's crap. The lay-out is difficult, hardly any chance to walk around. Big pillars obstructing the view. And most importantly, literally not a single attractive girl, in my opinion. While there were many girls, probably around 30-40, but nothing I'd fancy. Music is good though.

Youre a brave man for going to Jules, Ratsky, and York. Jules and Ratsky generally has old filipinos and York generally has harassing Africans.
