I wanted to say that when you pay 300 euros or 300 dollars for a girl in Minsk, a local man pays the same girl $100. They display overpriced price tags on English speaking escort websites. Is Belarus still require foreigners entering the country to self-quarantine for 14 days? Does that mean that you are required to stay in your hotel for most of the time and are under government surveillance? Any recent experience?

By the way I'm not planning to monger in Belarus. I need to go to Ukraine, which has suspended all international flights. Belarus AFAIK is the only neighbouring country of Ukraine which hasn't banned foreigners from entering. So I'm thinking of flying to Belarus first, and then I would probably be able to figure out a way to enter Ukraine.

Last I heard is they were going ahead with the quarantine but the process was easy. They are allowing foreigner mainly because they want to keep their tourism industry alive and they can let that slow down. Already the economy is very bad and they can't shut down their income industry.

It's unlikely that this thing will end so soon regard to covid-19. In fact people are saying it may return back by next winter. So I don't see the situation to change drastically unless a miracle happens and there is drop in cases or mortality. And you are absolutely right in your assessment that Minsk is Europe's best kept secrets. And of course there are other countries too.

I was thinking of visiting Minsk and I have to say to that your reports are pushing me in that direction.

Each girl sets their own price and it can very. I talked to a lot. Some are purely business and some do this but always want someone nice to talk to. I prefer those ones. Sit and have some drinks before fun. I don't remember the exact cost but it was around 300 Euro for the night. On the 2 I had I negotiated the price. They said how much and I counter offered. If they are all business their offer will be a take it or leave it. If it is, that is not the girl I would want because she will be no fun come play time.
