Sometimes when you read stuff, you got to think how people relay their experience, or wrongly perceive things. I've run into his report about PHG, when I was attending the place, and I consistently had good visits with lots of friendly girls there. So, when we take in opinionated report(perception dump, quite subjective) vs a proper report, take what is said with a grain of salt. People's experiences vary.

I was a tourist when I attended PHG around the same time of this report, and my experience was totally different. No girls ganging up on me or any paronia of it.

By the way, this report was called, "Gang like atmosphere. " Go figure.

Well here's another mixed review I guess.

I'd been putting off visiting PHG for a long time, because it's a bit out of the way of my normal haunts, but I read a rash of positive reports here and decided to give it a try. Boy was I a sucker! In summary: I did have good sex here, but it was only because I was very persistent in searching, and so many girls gave off a hostile vibe I would never return.

I had an initial good impression of the club, because when I came in I saw some pretty girls. Then I chatted nicely with a couple of ladies out the back, but they were kind of older than I usually go for, so eventually I made polite excuses, and went off to take a closer look at some of the twenty-something women I'd been eyeing.

By the way, the club was a bit smaller than I'd been expecting. Not as small as Samya, but much smaller than Acapulco. It may be that it appeared smaller than it is because people weren't making full use of the space: as it was a hot day, most people were collected around the swimming pool. There were a lot of Americans around, and I feel that the tourist element may have had something to do with the attitude I was just about to encounter. Also the ratio of men-to-women was about three-to-one. Not good.

I took my time looking around. One thing that made me pause was that the Clumping Phenomenon was in full effect, and that is usually a bad sign. Clumping is where girls get together in defensive groups, making it hard to approach them. If you do approach a pretty girl in a Clump, even a friendly girl, what very often happens is that the plainer girls in the group start to shoot hostile queries at you to distract you and frown and act enviously, and basically spoil the vibe you are establishing with the interesting girl, who then feels obliged to conform with the bad opinion of the group. Still, I know a club has its ups and downs, and when a club is down, it's often just because management doesn't even know what is going on. So here are some ideas on how to recover, starting with the easy things and progressing in difficulty.

1. Improve the staff levels. The receptionist was only at her post one minute in each hour, and she looked quite harried. For crying out loud. If the staff can't even man the front desk, how are they going to find time to keep an eye on the girls?

2. Get girls from a wide array of nationalities. If one ethnicity dominates, clumping is much more likely to occur, and that leads on to the next stage, the gang effect.

3. Encourage the girls to circulate rather than clump. Especially if there is a shortage of girls compared to men, it is important that the girls who are available do not make themselves unavailable.

4. Actually pay attention to the girls. Have zero tolerance for girls who are rude to guests.

5. Purge the ringleaders. Basically the girls who want to do business and have a good time should stay, and the girls who just want to stop others from doing business and having a good time should go.

Why would a good owner do these things? Well, 60 to enter is a lot, and most clubs charge 50 or 40, so it's not like people can't go elsewhere once they figure things out. The sun shines today, but it could be gone tomorrow if the basics aren't right.

I think every now and again a newbie will read this forum and decide to check out GT and then be surprised that it is not all that the regulars on this thread say it is. Then they might be told it is because they are only a newbie that they are not getting star treatment.

It's a small thing but it shows what the club is turning into. Isn't it weird to see all those women with Top Model attitudes (as you put it, Goth FKK) and not really having looks to match in most cases, staying by themselves, or locked in groups, basically pushing the guys away because they're too good for them? Everybody knows a lot more business could be going on, but seemingly everybody is helpless to change the situation. Such is convention.

I think GT is at a crossroads where it has to decide whether it wants to go down the Artemis road or the LR road. If it wants to imitate Artemis and concentrate on milking tourists, well, it's not near a convention centre and all the tourists are likely to be sucked up by clubs closer to the cities, so all it's going to achieve is a bad reputation. On the other hand, if it wants to be like its sister club LR and develop a reputation for quality service, then it has to clear out the Old Guard and give the millennials a chance. I think there are a lot of girls who would like to work there if they weren't scared of some of the other girls.

My first impression was one of dissapointment. Too many men. What about the line-up? Multi-racial, somewhat scarce, milfish, uninspiring. This improved as many more girls arrived after 2 pm.

Wifi has certainly improved. It's easier to connect to one of the servers. Yet I experienced drop-out or loss of wifi connection during peak time. I wonder if this is a maximum number of allowed connections.

What you read, and your experience can be different.

Here is an example. I had a visit on Saturday, and session-ed with a girl in the evening. No wait. It was around 6 or 7 pm or so. So, what is written on that list is just a list, not definite. So, visit on a non-party day. Try out a week day and a normal weekend day instead of taking a post as something definite.

GT's door policy has been discussed over and over again: It may happen that you will be denied entry if you are not Caucasian or Asian (Asian meaning being from Japan, China, Korea etc. And not from Pakistan or Turkey) and do have darker skin.

If that happens there's three alternative clubs nearby: Villa Vertigo, YingYang and Planet Happy Garden. If they are worth a visit. I don't know, haven't been there often and not in the last 5 years. Never been to YY.

I never arrived at GT later than 12, so I don't know about the parking situation after that and can't tell door policy depends on how busy the club is. I usually spend the day at GT and leave around 6 or 7 pm for LivingRoom. LivingRoom gets busy after 6/7 pm, so for me that alsways was a good combination.

What is the entrance policy? I don't want to drive miles there out of Dusseldorf to be turned away!

I'm not quite sure from the posts I've read what a good time is to go! Doesn't matter. Worth one visit to find out. I'm heading over there in a few weeks and will give it shot. I don't normally like arriving before 5 pm so that's not great for me but this is the beauty of this forum. To find out information which helps your experience. So I won't ignore the advice. I intend to get there at 3 pm. I cannot believe in a club of 50-70 girls I won't find one or two won't be worth a punt. At least it being a day club means that if it really is so overcrowded, or LU is weak I will leave early, drive back to Dusseldorf to to Cologne and will hit LR or Samya. I'll try ACA the next day. I don't fancy two untried clubs in one day. If GT isn't good for me I'll head to one that I've had good times in before. Providing I can get in of course. What's the entrance policy please?

People's assessment is going to vary to some extent. So, what I experience could be different from another punter. I'm not a regular. When people say regular, it can mean a regular to a girl. Punters have favs in clubs that they regularly session. Comparatively, as a non-regular, GT has been good to me. So, as a regular there, would they get better sessions there? I dunno, but based on what I hear from regulars, and what girls they warn on, I say no. I dunno know enough regulars there, and what their stats are to make conclusive remarks.

GT is close to the boarder. Draws Dutch, French, Belgian folks. There probably are these foreign regulars. I see some regulars when I attend, but those are notable types, so there are regulars I see. Nearby folks that attend more often, etc.. So, when people bring up tourists, how it's meant is up to a the frequency of attendance and girls recognizing them. A real tourist joint is a club high percentage of folks that attend very infrequently, with high number of them foreign from afar.

Ok, regarding the parking thing. GT parking gets full at a certain point in the day, and there is an additional parking they use down the road. They got a Hummer that goes back an forth. If that parking is too close, perhaps parking at another establishment (city center in Bruggen), or the like, and ride a cab or see if there is a bus that gets close. The additional GT parking is if you are ok with placing the car in a distance from a club without suspicion. During the week, coming in at 4 is fine, but busy day like Sat, can get busy soon enough. It's advantageous to come in early, like we say time and time again.

GT is what frequent attenders refer to as a "day club. " Which I find to be a positive since it gets going early compared to the typical that better LU arrives at night.
