I probably would have taken her up on it if she was even remotely attractive. In Tropical it doesn't really matter whatever they quote. If you give them a reasonable counter offer they will most likely accept seeing as how they don't receive as much business as the girls over at HK. If you were worried about her not delivering on her promise you could have suggested payment only after the deed was done to ensure she delivered on her promise. I had heard Chato left Tropical and was on the run from the cartels. I saw him there the other day for the first time in a long while. Has he been back a long time? I guess whatever issues the cartel had with him and Tropical / HK have been resolved if he's back.

A news report last year speculated that the killings of HK manager Andre was due to new rules put in by ownership to no longer allow know drug dealers in the clubs and to fire waiters that are selling drugs. Andre had fired a waiter shortly before he was killed and they speculated that this was the reason he was murdered.

Chato might of had something similar happen if he fired a waiter or wouldn't allow a drug dealer in the club. A few months ago another employee was killed so that might of lead to ownership deciding to have a change of heart and maybe things are better now so Chato wasn't in fear and able to return to work. Since I am unable to visit Tijuana often I am not able to talk to those that I know about what is going on so this is very much speculation on my end and trying to piece things together. I was in Tijuana for thanksgiving and the person I knew didn't really want to talk about the situation he just told me not to worry about him.
