In general Bankers make sure there is a social stigma with an empty bank account or even worse dbt, so they stay full which is a good strategy. Worth investing in lyrics / scripts for news and movies that teach the peasant to associate a bank account with wealth.

In reality you can just secure your wealth by buying politicians, journalists, land, gold, bitcoin and art and just keep a small bank account for women, shelter and food.

I am staying in Nairobi now and the situation seems totally calm. Months after the last elections the clashes happened in some rural areas.
