Interesting. Thanks. Is it a transparent price? In other words, do the authorities indicate what that price is to any qualified party? And what would be a qualified party? Just anyone who can flash the money or something else? Is the permit price fixed or is it won in a competitive bidding? Does it depend on the size of the club -- I. E. Would Bernds and a GT pay the same amount?

Interesting that a sex club is being sold for a high price after 12+ months of being shut down and no end in sight and no clarity on future shape of their business. If that news is accurate, it seems either (a) plenty of easy money sloshing around and looking for investment opportunities especially in this line of work (b) investors think there is a massive pent up demand and that business will come roaring back and willing to pay up for it (a bit like Disney investors who have bid up that stock to record levels in anticipation of park openings (and DIS+ excitement).

Yes, I read about GT too but I thought they were also talking about PSR. I can't find that post anymore though. Prostitution permits are so hard to get that it would be stupid to ignore the opportunities that would bring. Anyway, let's wait and see what happens.

I tried to visit that club in 2018 but my internet connection lost and I couldn't reach there. But As I depend on rail better down on Lohmar station in Honarth when coming from Cologne. Then walk 2 kms to Schlehecker street. There was bus service at that time. You can catch a bus from the bus stop opposite to the station, if they have the service still on.

Looked like for old residence, but I liked chocolate pancake long time ago. Beautiful inside swimming pool. Had few real beauties there on 2013/2014, but PSR will stay for me, my experience with 37 yo Latvian Lena, even only few rooms on August 2013, but I remember vomiting moving my meat on my climbing and taking my car as soon finishing, driving whole night through Switzerland to Koln, also our diner under sun on terrace after discovery, I didn't find many levels on Lena charm, very woman part timer. I would be happy to find many 37 yo elegant with charm beauties like her. For sure what I look for, when I also remember exceptional fire in bed 37 yo Latvian Marina at Sharks on 2014 and was still at Sharks on 2019, but not so elegant pretty than Lena. Another exceptional Lena but Romanian was at Wellcum on August 2017, super GFE, became so funny giving me pillow to put under her ass and wide opening her legs, like asking: You take care of me. For sure, I loved this. For 6 1 hour rooms on 4 days between Wellcum and Zoncolan. Wellcum is good to recover while Zoncolan and maybe 28% Gentile if they cleaned very narrow curvy road.
