At the risk of knocking this conversation off the rails, your question is interesting from a financial analysis. The higher the income the less likely your dream is easily reached or even affordable. You're looking for SBs so an economic imbalance is to your advantage (not a country like Switzerland). SE Asia is an obvious lesson given the number of guys who go over and have girls at their disposal. Certainly if you spoke Spanish Latin / South America would also be 'easier'.

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain. Not in any particular order. The determining factor between them in my opinion is what you want to do during your non-mongering time. As for mongering, you could spend all day everyday with your hands full in these countries. If you were so inclined.
