I think I have answered my own question with this. If you say not everyone can qualify for it being free, then lack of an income cap would only increase their subsidy to a level which doesn't pay for their insurance in full. I still don't completely believe that.

Meanwhile the average Bronze plan starts at $330 per month. Unless someone lives in a state with heavy state subsidies which there only a few (Massachusetts, Hawaii, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, California,) then they are not getting 100% subsidized ACA health insurance without a disability or has a family with adult dependents when making above the federal poverty line. Some states may even temporarily subsidize a mother's health insurance during hardship, but certainly a single man making anything close to $50,000 per year will at least pay over $50 per month and that is being very generous with my estimate. Even back as a 29 year old graduate student with zero health problems who claimed $32,000 in part-time income, I was paying $125 per month after getting exercise and nonsmoker credits.

Something about these claims seem very suspicious.

If you are so sure of that then it must get increased after a certain age which is certainly welcomed.

My God you could at least just do a little bit of research before posting!

That was a bit of an exaggeration. While Spanish is prevalent in US territories close to the border and in South Florida, English is still by far the predominant language. You would have no issues in Miami speaking only English outside of areas that are not poor, immigrant neighborhoods.

My first instinct and combined with 15 years in healthcare is that the original claim is fabricated.

It may have been civilized back then, but not any more in many part of south america! I wonder why they declined? US strategy after finding natural resources or just Latin mentality of being lazy and laid back too much?!
Germany was under sanctions from World War I. The times were tough in Germany until after World War II wherein Germany rebuilt back better and paved their streets with gold, abolished speed limits on same, and made it a haven for the hobby. All of Germans production and economy went into a short 4 day workweek, cars with messed up lugnuts, free healthcare, and free defense courtesy of the USA.

Of course modern day Germans have reaped the benefit from staying the course in Germany throughout tough times.

There's always the statute of limitations on prosecutions, but I guess that wasn't hit and / or may not have applied at all (sometimes it doesn't). I don't know exactly what the law is in the jurisdiction that came after him. But when they did it wasn't simply for having sex. Come on man!

I think Dr. Poon explained it fairly well about it only costing 50 euro and the USA putting people in jail for having sex. It kinda sounds like a reactionary hive mentality to say it is expensive. There is also the thing I see where if someone doesn't follow the same rules everyone wants the person to eat shit and die.
These poverty and in some case the greed of wanting more than they can live lead to some stunner level girls to end up in FKK front of us monger sucking our dick, licking our ass and getting fucked in multiple most dirty ways LOL! But hey, it is the capitalistic system that legally allow this and ain't it great LOL!

    Per Healthcare. Gov.

Income between 100% and 400% FPL: If your income is in this range, in all states you qualify for premium tax credits that lower your monthly premium for a Marketplace health insurance plan.

As for pure blood, I stick to European and Eastern European and some latinas are beautiful too!

As for African girls, it is not my type, but I know some Ethiopian women can have very structured European type face and some half African half white girls are beautiful, but I only had one stunner of half African and half white girl, but wow she was exotic beauty much more beautiful than halle berry or zoe klavitz! But I only met one and fucked one of that kind of stunners!
Ethiopian / Eritrean, Somalian, and even Kenyan (Rift Valley) Africans are quite different than Nigerian, Ghana, or Cameroonian (Sub-Saharan) Africans. For my taste, some of the most beautiful faces in the world come from Ethiopia and Eritrea. Some of those women have the most perfect facial bone structures with bright eyes. The tendency to have larger teeth however can sometimes mess it up.
