A few things to report on Kaohsiung:

Manila Disco Pub appears to be shut down for good. I went by on a couple of different days just to make sure. Same with Mila's Karaoke and Cebu club. Gone.

Recently I've been having more and more business trips to the KH area and the last few times I've gone and visited the famous 00 at GH.

Now I know GH is strictly HS (according to the management) but I am wondering has anyone gotten FS with any of the girls at GH. Compared to Taichung GH is rather up scale and the girls are slightly higher quality, so just curious is it possible to privately negotiate for more.

I used to frequent Green House about once a week back in my heyday and FS is definitely possible. That being said though, it is a lot more difficult and you'll have to put in the time.

Unlike most MPs where they only offer HS but tell you FS is possible with private negotiation, GH has a strict company policy of HS Only. Which isn't to say that they strictly forbid FS, but rather that they won't in any way admit to it being available or pressure their girls to do FS for increased customer satisfaction. And so because of this official policy, most of the girls who come to work there have a very low intention, if any at all, of doing FS. 20-25 minutes driving from Kaohsiung Downtown:
