I landed last night here in CDMX and picked up a new Mexican sim card and number as I don't want any girls I contact to see I'm a gringo before the quoted price comes up. Anyway I was about to change to the new number on whatsapp but does anyone know if I will be able to switch back to my old number and restore all the old chats. I can't seem to find any info on this? From my experience you will lose your chats once yo switch your SIM card. I got a new phone and just switching my SIM card from the old phone to the new phone I lost all my chats.

Not sure what prices or by who you were quoted but some girls in CDMX do charge a lot so don't just assume it's because they know your from the US.

Would love to visit Mexico City again but everything seems to be tightening up. Can you still visit the pyramids? Also I am not used to the escort thing. Is it really that easy and reliable there. Cartagena is only good for a two day visit beaches vendors follow you everywhere and it gets annoying real quick. Mexico City is not good for escorts, it is good for normal dates and relationships. I'd recommend Medellin for escorts.

A police raid take down a lot of sexshops and cabins. At least all the cabins in Insurgentes are shutdown so you will not find any open cabin in downtown Mexico City. Possibly you must go to Naulcalpan or Tlanepantla for a cabin experience.
