This review by WildLaw for this place looked promising, so decided to visit it today.

Ample parking available outside, and not a very crowded area which was nice.

First impressions: very elegant interiors and overall looks professional. The lady at the reception was very good natured. The rates were 150 for an hour, negotiated a bit and she discounted down to 130.
