The potential risk of HIV transmission from having breast milk for an adult is unlikely to non existent just like getting a BJ. In retrospect only babies can contract HiV from breast milk as their immunity is not developed, probability being v low. Please get your facts right before posting.

Buddy your assumption that it's as non existent as a BBJ is overgeneralised. Our immunity isn't a bullet proof wall, many of us could be on reduced immunity due to various factors at the time of transmission. Low chances do not mean the same thing as non existent. It is a bodily fluid capable of transmitting the virus. Period. Why would anyone want to risk their and their significant other's life for a kink is beyond me. Thanks man, unfortunately have tried all these techniques and they haven't worked. Kegels because my pelvic floor is already tight is probably counter productive for me, so been doing reverse kegels but still no progress. Should I resort to pills? I don't want to but that seems to be the last resort.

Well I am on other side of it and have problem with delayed ejaculation specialy with use of condom. I was into fucking regular girls in younger days witout using condom and now with WGs, condom is must and I find it bit difficult to come. Well I can suggest using Edging technique which is basically mastrubating and stopping yourself from coming and do again. I use to do it unknowingly and that is one reason I can fuk and cum at my will sometime like an hour plus. You can read more about edging online. Also add kegel exercise. And if nothing works may be you can mastrubate few hours before the deed to last few extra minutes.

Carry a Spa KIT like the Thai girls do.

Rubber and Lube will be good to have, but what you should have for hygiene and safety are.

1) A Bar of Ketoconazole Soap. This will prevent fungal infections. Fungal infections will come from the sheets, the bed, the floor, the damp towel, from the body of the WG etc. The soap will help to some extent.

2) Always carry a disposable Towel. Amazon has ton. Make sure it is the larger one. Most of them are hand towel size. I also carry two Decathlon towels all the time. They have these real small towels. The M size is sufficient to dry oneself. The L size is also small enough.
