People who claim vast experience of the PI would know quite well that there has been a supply problem of Cialis into the PI for quite a while. You have not been able to get Branded or Generic Cialis. The street hawkers have been offering facsimile boxes of Cialis which contain an inactive worthless pill (pure fake).

The Viagra & Levitra offered by street hawkers is for the most part generic drug in facsimile boxes (i.e. real drug in fake box).

The Viagra & Levitra offered by pharmacies is, of course, the real branded drug but at much higher price.

If you are coming for a sex vacation to the PI and want to, ahem, maximise your investment, then my advise is try a box of V or L from a local street vendor & if (as it usually it is) you find it satisfactory, then come back to the same guy for more. Never buy in bulk until you 'try' a single box first just in case. If you are unlucky can't get the generic off the street then go to Watsons or Generica to buy the much more expensive version. Mercury can be a bit legalistic about supplying without a script but no harm in trying them.

As for Cialis, it's strictly BYO for now.

There are two widely-found chemist (aka drug store) chain stores in metro Manila, Mercury Drug and Generics. Mercury will ask for a scrip but this can be socially engineered by you telling the clerk you left it at your room or by producing the empty drug packaging / box; if they won't sell walk to the next one. In my experience with Generics they don't ask for a scrip. If you constantly encounter demands for a prescription wherever you then go to a clinic and see a doctor; a visit will between p500-p1000. Use the scrip at the drug store and make sure the clerk returns it to you for your next visit.

The drug you're looking for is sildenafil citrate. Mercury sells a generic made by RiteMed; a box of 5 100 MG tablets is approx p700. They also sell a branded sildenafil citrate called Andros for approx p2500 for 5 100 MG tablets. Generics sells a 50 MG tablet called Tigerfil for p50-60 each.

In areas of known prostitution you may find street hawkers offering you boxes of Viagra or Cialis. Is it legit? Who knows? Could be real. Could be blue sawdust. Could be something much more toxic. Seems dodgy to me. Fuck up your hapenis. Or worse. It's only your life, yeah?
