Yes, 500 THB is the number I was quoted for cleaning the apartment I am renting. 500 THB for each clean session.

The condo will have cleaning staff clean for you or refer you to a housekeeper. I used to pay my condo 300 baht and they sent multiple people to spotlessly clean my room in an hour. This was in 2019 pre-COVID though so not sure if prices now 500 baht.

Not much I agree with you on, so this is not a surprise that I am going to present a different point of view. If you are salesman the first thing you want to do is qualify your prospect to determine if they able to buy what it is you are selling. If the Cali part of your name means what I think it does then you are from a capitalist society that specializes in extracting your money through any means necessary. Everyone from such an environment should "accept it for what it is and be good with it".

I have plenty of Thai people that where there is no money in it for them ask me where I am from. From my point of view as newbie, attitudes such as the one you proffer are why I choose not to pay attention to so called veterans posting up in here. The tourists I see from Korea and Japan can pay. And the last time I looked up where those countries are on the map, they were in Asia. Western Nations do not have a monopoly on money. Those who do not know that need to get out from behind their screens, off their keyboard and see the world with their own eyes a bit. Oh, take the blinders off at the airport before you get on the plane. You will see things a lot better in that case.

Not once have I worried about taking another girl over a prior girl I went with in Thailand, Germany, Vietnam, Jakarta, PP, Vegas, Japan, etc. Any display of jealousy is only a bar girl whining about your money going to another girl. I have only regretted it once in Jakarta and lost imo one of the best looking girls I met in SEA in the process. C'est la vie. I just moved on to another girl in her bar.
