Can you expand your scope to include Thailand and the Philippines? Both are superior to Singapore and KL.

This is why I haven't been to Singapore, KL, or Bali yet.

The spoils of thailand have set my expectations too high. Pattaya has everything I want, and even my trip to Phuket was disappointing.

I was recently staying at the Hotel Boss near Little India and there was a block with a few Chinese massage parlors. I was quoted 50 SGD for one hour of massage. I asked if the girl would take off their clothes for 50 SGD, then the price jumped up to 150 SGD!

What exactly is the system at these places?

50 SGD is the entry into the shop, then there are extra charges for FS?

What is on offer? DFK? BBBJ? GFE?

I'm still surprised Singapore doesn't have Telegram groups like Hong Kong where stacks of WLs and freelancers and even day-off DHs advertise their wares. I joined the at spa4 massage Telegram channel while in Singapore, where you regularly find ads for various massage spas. There are daily posts which are largely repetitive. Once added the channel title is. Relax Massage Singapore SPA.

From the posts I decided to meet Amanda (Pictures are those shared on the Telegram channel). Clicked on the link which directs you to a WhatsApp conversation. Got the details, made and appointment, and headed there. The place was in Outram road, and is a fairly plain looking spa on the ground floor. The receptionist identified me against my reservation and showed me a rate card. Trying to get me to pay SGD 80-90 $, which was well over the advertised price on Telegram. I showed her the Telegram post on my phone, and she tried to play dumb. I asked what was different, and the package included 2 additional massage elements. Hot cupping and something else. I declined and asked for the basic massage only for SGD 60 $. (So beware of the upsell).

I was given slippers to change into, and led to the massage room. I was asked to undress, put on the disposable boxers, and lay down and waited for Amanda to join me. When she did, she was a far cry from her photos. It was surely her, just from decade or two ago. She looked more like a GILF, perhaps in her 50's. Neither her face nor her body was as hot as the photos. Her face didnt hide her age, while her body had become square. She spoke communicative English, was smiling, and knew how to handle her customers well. She asked if I wanted a light or strong message, I said strong, and we got started. The massage was good; strong and she knew what she was doing.

After the first 20 minutes, the erotic bits started, with some touches and teases of the balls. After some erotic play like this, she finally ripped-off the disposable, asked me to turnover and spoke of extras. For an additional SGD 100 $ she offered to take-off her top, allow access to her upper body, and a happy ending. We talked a bit, she dropped to SGD 80 $, we agreed, and proceeded. Her body was average, and the experience was okay, but nothing special.

Aside from the huge age difference, which was a let down, I didn't feel cheated by the service. At the same time I also felt it wasn't good value. So I doubt ill be going back.

Singapore has changed a LOT since the glory days when Orchard Towers was booming, Brix was a go-to, the SDG $ was siting at reasonable levels and prices were not out of control. These days it seems not much has come back except for former OT club Ipanema which has relocated downtown and reports say quality is poor and prices are high. You'll find freelancers and others on WeChat and Telegram 'People Nearby' but I would not see any reason to visit Singapore for punting. Sure, if you already have a business trip or holiday there then maybe think of a punt on the side, but Singapore is not the place to go otherwise.

KL has a better exchange rate, prices still appear to be on the up but they are starting from a lower position. Still plenty of places written up in the Malaysia forum here and again plenty of options appear on WeChat and Telegram including some Telegram Groups.

For 25-40 on Sundays in the afternoon there used to be 'tea dances' at some pub behind OT where mainly Pinay DHs would hang out, socialise, have fun and maybe go back to the hotel room of some visiting Caucasian for fun of a more intimate kind. I'm going to be visiting Singapore next week. I was trying to do some research on which massage parlors offer extra. I was on Google maps and was looking up parlors near my location. When I was checking out their photos on Google maps, I saw a lot places that posted pictures of their masseuses. All the masseuse were really cute. Are these places legit massage parlors or do these girls offer extra services? I would love to visit one of these places if they do offer extras. I'm in a hotel literally across the street from OT and now your saying Ipanema is not even in there! My how the mighty have fallen! I recall when a Viet girl did the "grab his arm and don't let go" trick on me in Ipanema. I was pissed, but she was actually hot, so I caved. She turned into some really good puss for me, I was not disappointed at all. Later that year, when I was working in Sembawang and the job paid for our hotel, and we could bring in guests for the night! Of course ours were from the mighty Towers! BRIX closed now as well, holy shit!

OK, Geylang is there still. Geylang was never my favorite but for me, it was an alternative. I'm Black so being turned away by the Chinese was never a deal breaker because Thai are there, and Viet were always in the "Tower". I live in Colombia, where it is legal, everywhere, in your face, and yeah, I'm spoiled. There is plenty of action in SG if you live here but it has dried up a bit for casual tourists who looked to places like OT and Brix to hunt. There are hundreds of Thais, Viets and even some Latina and white women at prices ranging from 90 SGD to 500 SGD and up for a good GFE experience. But its all an online scene. There are a also a lot of MPs that offer extras mostly by Viet or Chinese women. Then there is the domestic helper scene with Indo and Filipina maids if you have time for that. On top of that we are 2 hours from BKK, HCM, PP, 1 HR from Jakarta, 3.5 hrs from AC and flights can be had for less than $200 RT to any of those destinations. We can also hop a ferry to Batam. Endless options. So don't feel bad for us.

So to answer your question, I'm not sure the 'quality action' has actually moved anywhere.

I don't know how you can be confused whether Brix is open or not? It's definitely not open, and no recent reports here sat it's open. Brix and its parent Grand Hyatt Hotel have been closed since 2022 for major renovations.

I'm hearing Brix and the Grand Hyatt will reopen later this year but nobody is taking bets on if it will be the same Brix as before. Especially as Singapore appears to be cleaning things up in the 'night life' arena, and without OT down the road to provide and encourage the flow of WLs walking between OT and Brix, Brix might just become a boring place.
