I have been to Thailand 10+ times in the last 10 years and I know alot of people that have either been living in Pattaya or frequented it at the very least the same amount of times as I have. For foreigners with no local languages I think the best option is to go massage shops that you can find from kizdar.net (web address often changes, google it). Almost in every city, dozens of shops in Astana.
