And I would still wear blue jeans, t-shirts, and off trail running shoes.

A serious question:

What places are comparable to Thailand for mongering? I have time and money.

But I don't want to fly halfway around the world to find myself in a place worse than Thailand.

The only change I would make is how I got there and the class of accomodations. Paying more for women does not get you better sex.
