Probably the #1 advice I give to guys coming to Thailand for the first time is: don't get hung up on one bar girl. There are 1000's of them, if you hook up with one, you will miss the greatest attraction of Thailand: the 1000's of ladies waiting for you.

Plus going with one lady exclusively will cost you, one way or another. Once she knows she has you, you're a dead man, you just don't know it.

I just dropped off a bar girl at Almaty airport (Kazakhstan), I gave her 1,000 baht a day for 2 weeks. But, she's not my "girlfriend" and I will see dozens of bar girls when I get back to Thailand.

I didn't know where to put this, so I figured this here rant pages would work. I just have to talk about this. It's pretty hilarious. So this dude right, some british fella, early 70's according to the news report, still younger than me by the way, he goes ahead and dies of a heart attack on a Singapore Airlines flight. From the uk over to Singapore. I mean, let's be honest here fellas. Retired, rich old white dudes flying over to south east Asia? Betcha bottom dollar he was going over to fuck. Probably had a connecting flight to Bangkok, or Manila, or Bali, etc. But he died! Ha! Fucking hilarious! I love it. Didn't even make it to Singapore to catch his connecting flight, but his dead body ended up in Bangkok anyway. HAH! It's comedy gold!

At least he died on the way to doing what he loved. Betcha he was in business class too. Now, that's what I'm calling 'going out in style'. I could only hope I'll go out that way too. I'd prefer in bed with a babe. But severe turbulence on a plane will do just as fine. I know it's just a drop in the ocean, but one less old guy to have to compete with for the girls in south east Asia is a win to me.

Never did it myself, but I know people who have done it. One friend married a bar girl and hired a contractor to start building a house in Krabi for the two of them. He came to his senses before construction was completed. I'm sure he lost money in the transaction, but it wasn't a disaster. The divorce was shortly thereafter.

Another couple did it successfully, but she was never a P4P girl. She owns the land and he owns the newly built house. I don't know what happens when she wants his house removed from her land, but right now they are happily living in that house.

Another example was an American married a Thai bar girl and they used all of his retirement money to buy land and build a successful business. The woman died after a few years and the Thai government gave the business to her son. He got kicked out from the business that he built..

Get a good Thai attorney who can draw up a good looooong term lease agreement which might prohibit the transfer of ownership of the land. In any case, it is value-added insurance.

I know lots of guys who have done it and are doing well, then as you note lots of guys who have learned the hard way to regret it a few you read in the news jump off the balcony.

What people do with their money is their business buying a house and then getting burned. Even before if one has their head and eye straight there are signs from the girl's conversation with guys who sponsor or buy a house it is always the same when they ask for your advice and then give it " You don't know her " when it comes to money those who have it and missing something in their lives are the one's you need to worry about, those who don't are less likely to do something rash simply truthfully don't have it.

The worst are those who do it over and over again even when they get burned these are the Charlie Tuna of the world I call them. If you have to buy a house take note spend and buy what you could lose and not miss if it happens call it a day lesson learn move on the same as when one was small "Don't touch the flame if you don't want to get burn " they don't listen thereafter will never do it again that is the lesson one must learn here.

PgReal has not provided any proof he is real. I do not have the ability to say who is really is IRL because I have never met him in real life. So what do I have to work with? Only thought my perceptions of his writings do I develop an opinion of his online personality. Online he is a very negative person. Which could be very different than his personality IRL. I have no way to know this. So, let's make it very clear, if you have not met a person IRL you don't know what their IRL personality is really like. Here on the internet we are all just Key Bored Warriors sitting in front of our screens and banging on our keyboards.

But there are certain individuals that display their personality through their internet writings. Banana Boi is one of those individuals that keeps it real. He provides quality information while others are putting up posts that are useless (not my words read the latest Pattaya Reports thread).

You get to be whomever you want to be.
