3) Pic 3: From the website, a google map pic of the location of their NAIA ticketing office. In order to go there, you might have to actually fly there in order for them to be so kind as to hear your complaint. I can hear it now: "But sir, you don't need to go here. You can check the FAQ on our website". And will the FAQ tell me how to ask for a refund for the sandwich that I ordered and paid for on the website, but didn't receive on the fight? "Oh. Sorry po. No".

I went thru the countdown twice, and I paid twice 5200 for 10 vouchers, but, it didn't register. At some point it showed 5200 in my CP account, but no email, and no withdrawal from my CC account, now it shows 0. The CP website it's a real marvel of modern engineering.

Today Cebu-Pacific has a 99 p sale, I spent one hour, being constantly kicked out of the website, trying to buy 10 vouchers. At the end after paying for it, I still don't know if the transaction went thru or not.
Normally the website it always works fine until the final step when you pay. A month ago I bought a ticket for my GF from AC to CEB, same thing, I paid for, then page crashed and silence. 10 minutes later I did it again, same thing happened, then I gave up for the time being, later when I checked my email, I ended up with 2 tickets for the same person, on the same flight. Of course there is no way to talk to somebody about to get your money back.
