I think this is slightly skewed in that instead of "small" women that "tall" women would be preferred in order that the kids be tall or at least maintain the height of the preceeding generation. In order to get the "tighness" inherant in small women that instead younger tall women were used prior to them achieving full height such that these younger girls were tall genetically but not at the current instant of birth of the children. During the evolutionary period women would get pregnant at the earliest time prior to her full heigh such that she may have appeared short but genetically she would eventually become tall or at least mid height.

Well according to my favourite Yale professor this is all about conquests, tribe wars, and brutal rape and murders during the past 1 million plus years of human history. 4. Military confidential rumors have it that cylindrical uforstelig have shot down nuclear missiles in the past. For example during the Cuba crisis, USA supposedly fired a nuke that was almost instantly taken down by these cylindrical objects. Maybe the same watchers are just paying extra attention these days.

5. Recent developments in AI technology on earth has made extraterrestrials more weary of earth and potential nuclear silos are especially being monitored more closely.

The chances of radars having problems detecting them is surely there given their size and shape. And maybe the alloy and tech used on them.
