I agree that her asking to meet for coffee is a good sign. And 15 k per meet for a long term is actually reasonable. Most other women don't realize how what they ask for is so disproportionate to the average salaries and cost of living in India (when contrasted against pretty much any other country). Having said that, her mentioning she isn't getting good offers feels slightly off. At 15 k, especially if she's young (which she is, at 25) and it's a new profile, her inbox should be flooded with potential suitors.

It's a good idea to meet for that coffee and figure out the vibe. For long term, see if you could still stagger her allowance or make it PPM so there's enough incentive for her to continue meeting. I think 15 k ppm is fine. Just agree to that, with payment after the meet. If she wants an unpaid coffee meet before deciding, that's good sign.
