In Delhi it's quite possible to get an arrangement below 10 k multiple profiles who quoted 10-15 could meet for 8 -10 for short term. Just need to spend some time in SA.

In Hyderabad too though it's dry and even some profiles whom I met at 8 k 2 yrs back are now not coming below 12-15 k. But few who visits from Delhi could meet for below 10 k for short term meet.

I already know two of them who are in the city for a week from SA who could meet at below 10 k.
