I live nearby and there is no such bar there. This is a common thing in PV, bars that open and close but info on the websites stays forever. The same problem happens with the map that somebody is selling. One would think that PV is very vibrant but many of those places do not exist anymore. In the location nearby Junior's bar now is La Casa de George, I've never been there.

Has anyone been to juniors bar? I can't find much on it except a review stating there are chicas for onsite or offsite fun, I found a Facebook page that hasn't been updated in about a year. Google shows the location and says it's still open but no reviews at all. It's located right by the marina.
