I am going to Belo towards the end of May. Will only stay there 1 night. What is the recommendation, visit a club and bring a girl home or escort service?

What is the going rate, would anyone with experience care to share?

I speak no portuguese but fluent spanish, so can communicate. A little bit.

Have had good experiences in Sorocaba and Manaus before, so wondering how Belo compares.

So, I can say that I m quite good expert of Brazil, I visited this country 8 times and can make some coclusions. The most beautiful girls are in Sao Paulo, the clubs and restaurants are luxirious and nice like in Moscow. The easiet girls are in the north: Fortaleza, Natal. The best brothels are in Rio, I mean termas. Nice parties are in Floripa in January, now I want to check Belo Horizonte, heard that here the population of women is two times more than of men, it means it has to be easier with the girs. I m 27 years old, don t be afraid of anything, I was grown up in the most criminal area in Moscow, like Bronxs, so I don t have fear at all. But if you say that they are very religious, it is not good for me, I remember my trip to Columbia, the girls were very difficult because are very catholic.

It's one of the nth myth concerning Brasil. And it's pure BS. What would be the reason for this? ... there's not more girls in BH than anywhere else!!!. And if there are very definitely gems to be found, the roads are not lines with them .. personally I even find Minas women rather average. The ratio of really smokin girls is not that great. Belo H is definitely not hot-babe Eldorado. Goias is better in that respect. Anyway if your standarts (as one can suppose from your username) are "Moscow standarts", you will be very very disappointed in Brasil.

Keep also in mind that Minas is undoubtedly the most conservative state in Brasil, and girls behave accordingly. Contrarily to your city of reference, wild and liberal women are not a commodity in Belo H. FYI, Minas has the largest born-again xtian evangelist population of the country, with some 35% of the population being part of the Evangelical community.

Also beware of the "brawling culture" in Minas (which is even stronger in Goias BTW). I have witnessed many a fight in Savassi area (that is why in every big club, there is not only a good dozen of official bouncers, but also some unofficial undercover bouncers, who can beat the hell out of people without the club's owner being processed and sued). In some clubs there's so much fights that it is literally grotesque. Another fact is that Mineiros being usually not really cosmopolitan - to say the least - and extremely nationalists (as most brasilians), there's a pretty ample anti-gringo distrust feeling in Minas, that can sometimes even be blatant hostility.

Travelling to Brasilian "redneck" Centro-Oeste states has its advantages (low costs, good music, girls prettier than in Nordeste, no Dickie Does gringo mongers, enjoyable country & western atmosphere, nice old mining historic towns, beautiful countryside, ect), but undoubtedly also its inconveniences.

Errrmmm . . . well he didn't say he was middle aged. Not everyone on here is and if you want to visit non-monger clubs and bars with young people you probably know you are pushing it if your age looks way out of place. For mongering, the high(er) lol end is more in Svassi as opposed to the (very) low end around Guaricus. I like Svassi for the shops but the other place for dispensing genetic material lol. But as I said, Belo is easy to navigate. Anyone checking it out would find out these things in a day or two at most.

Belo is a very easy city to navigate. You won't need help. The city centre is full of normal bars and night life, and then there is the high end upscale stuff out in Svassi, a short trip from the centre.

Hotels in that area of town fill up on weekends, be sure to get a reservation early if you want to stay in Savassi.

Belo is a very easy city to navigate - you won't need help. The city centre is full of normal bars and night life, and then there is the high end upscale stuff out in Svassi, a short trip from the centre.

I found an apartment in Pampulha. It's alittle out of the way, but it's also quiet.
I've spent several months there, but I'm not an expert yet!

I'll be buying a car, and getting to see more areas.

Most of the guys that I work with are married, but fortunately, the boss isn't. And he likes pussy just like me.

Send me a PM and I will be happy to share all I know about "attractions" in BH. Mind you, if you have been living there for a few months you are probably an expert and could give me some pointers!!!! Any idea where you are doing to live? Which part of town I mean. I think BH is a VERY livable city.

The city has more bars in it than I've seen since Pattaya Thailand. I've seen many girls out on the Prowl in these places, and a little Portuguese goes a long way. Going out with a few locals (my co-workers) makes things real easy.

Like I said before, it's not a tourist city. There are very few attractions there for a foreigner, and mostly Brazilians go there as a tourist, so a foreigner "stands out". A lot of these girls have never seen a foreigner, and are curious.

That's my take on it.

i have been to bh many times and to new sagitaruis about 4 times. ns is a typical strip bar. you come in and the hostess will seat you at a table. she will try to put you somewhere near the stage but i prefer to move back a few rows. basically, there is a stage in the middle of the place and the girls are all required to take a turn at dancing at the main stage. in this regard it's similar to barbarella's in rio. again, like barb's the girls will come back with you to your hotel for sex as there is no facilities on site for sex. it seems that several of the girls who work at ns have their own cars which is a bonus. i may be wrong but ns seems to attract a better class of girl. most of the one whom i have talked with or brought home are either students or have other days jobs working in shopping malls selling shoes or clothes.

some of the other clubs worth visiting are sayonara on rua aimores, 05 and cristal on rua rio grande do norte, 1470. both are a little less classy but have some nice looking girls. you are right however when it comes to the mineiras. they are gorgeous and they like to think of themselves as the sexiest girls in brazil and will tell you that they are the most passionate. of course, the best fun is to ask them to prove it.

but i would also caution the need to interview. unlike the girls in rio, it appears to me that the bh girls don't automatically do bbbj and are reluctant to be "completa". maybe that was just my luck but you need to be specific in what you want in order to avoid disappointment and frustration.

another good club to visit is "stop girls" on avenida amazonas, 1533. imho it's about as close as you will come to a help type of environment. it's not a strip club per se and is more of a boite.

if you want to take a walk on the gritty side, take a stroll down to rua guiacurus and find the hotel brilliante. this is the bh answer to vm located near the bus station. it's an old basic (but surprisingly clean) hotel with tiny rooms. each room has a girl sitting inside with the door open. wander by, make a deal, and enjoy yourself for 30 minutes. but - don't take your shoes off. best to go in flip flops to avoid strange fungus!!! and bring your own condoms.

bh has a very different feel to it that rio. i really like the mineiras and have a few on speed dial whom i met in rio but live in bh. absolutely worth the visit if you feel so inclined. check out the promenade hotels. good price and girl friendly. the caesar business will try to stick you with a "guest fee" for your girl but the promenade hotel will not. www.promenade.com.br . my personal favorite is the promenade platinum in lourdes. close to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Hey guys, I would love if anyone has been to New Sagitrius or one of those similar places and could explain the layout and program there. I speak decent to good Portuguese and have been to Brazil 14 times, thinking of heading to BH. One of the reasons is I met a few girls that work in New Sag in Help right before New Years about 2 weeks back, and one I spent some time with March. I love Mineras, and these girls were pretty hot, one extremely hot. I will ask them how they say it works and post it, but I would love it if anyone had any background. I wouldn't expect it to be a tourist place, would love it if it wasn't... but I don't want to make a plan to stop there for a few days without a good backup plan...

I know the place has more bars per capita than any city on the planet, or so it says on wikipedia... but you know... I'd sit in Barbarellas 100 nights a year if I could...
