This was my first visit to Manaus and the plan was 2 nights in the city and then off for a jungle tour. Well. Man plans and god laughs!! My flight into Sao Paolo got late and I missed my conx. So reached a day later and just had actually less than a day. Since I don't speak Portuguese I had used Badoo before leaving and had a date set. She is 24 and a body to die for. Came at 7 pm and had a chat over google translate. She responded very well to kissing and soon I had the pleasure of seeing her naked. Wow. My first Brazilian and well worth the 2 day travel. I can't really express in writing but I had a very good 3 hours. Cost 200+50 tip.

Later at night went to Remulos because I had read so much about it. The place is OK. Nothing great. About 20-25 girls on a sat night. Met with a gorgeous Venezuelan but didn't partake.

I stayed at Go Inn walking distance from Theatro and is girl friendly as long as she has ID.

I am wondering what would be a good Bairro to stay for an eventual next visit?

I am looking at either Ponta Negra or somewhere close to the Theater.

Manaus is propably the best city in Brazil if you want to meet regular girls. A great nightlife in combination with flirty girls that are very curious about gringos.
However, there is one downside. The girls in Manaus (with few exceptions) are the worst in Brazil to date as they always arrives late.

My friend says the same thing. He loves Manaus. He says it so easy to get non-pros. He was there for couple years. I dated a few girls from Manuas but I never stay a long time there because I like so many other parts of Brazil. I recently had one super hot girl from Manaus came to visit me last month. This is definitely the case with Manaus. A few hours on Badoo will get you a dozen great looking garotas for free. Remulus can be fun but usually I am too busy to go there. P4P has too much competition.

All it takes is basic Portuguese. I realize that for some people that is like saying, all it takes is a million dollars but for me, Manaus is awesome.

I arrived in Manaus around 11 pm. My friend came and picked me up from the airport. I stayed at his place he is renting there. Took a shower then we hit Remulos. He was telling me he has seen a lot of Venezuelans and Haitians in the city within the last couple of months. We went in and I was not impressed. About 30 girls. Nothing doable for me. A girl from Medellin was trying to lore me upstairs. Said would cost $70 reais. I been to Medellin and she was not impressive to me. I didn't see any Venezuelans or Haitians in there.

We left and went to a club / bar with one of his lady friends and her ugly cousin. I wasn't interested and just watch them dance until 5 am until we went back to his place.

Next day was Sunday. My flight left in the afternoon to Sao Luis. I remember there was a prive in centro that I still had their WhatsApp. I tried calling but no one answered so I knew was closed at that point. I headed to the airport afterwards.

I was just back in Manaus for work and had a few short afternoons to indulge. Went back to Edificio Antonio Simoes with limited expectations. Meagre choices on a Wednesday morning about 11:30 AM, but in sala 1104, there was a real cutie, Kelly.
