I walked to Son Sonero bar today at about 4 pm from the downtown just to scout the place out, was pretty busy with a good selection of curvy chicas. Only stayed for a drink. I'll go back tomorrow as there were a couple I had my eye on! How much do they charge per hour there?

Then passed by Bar la 20 just around the corner at about 4. 30 pm, was very quiet so didn't stay. What time does it liven up there? More chicas later on ? As there were less than 10 when I was there. If you walk from Calle 15 along Carrera 8 to both, it seems a safe walk daytime as it's a busy street full of commercial / industrial businesses, with plenty of people walking about.

Cara's Lindas is a Casa correct and not a nightclub? What are the rates there? Thanks in advance for any good advice guys!

As fast as visiting smaller cities I'm not sure what you'the expect. Most Meddy vets don't like Cali going to Neocoli is going to rather boring.

Take a look at the Bucaramanga thread. There's some casas but not many for a city of it's size good luck finding them if you're not very experienced in Colombia and don't know Colombia's address system and the difference between a Carrera and a Calle.

There's no hook up culture and in small towns they will no little english and not be thinking Gringo = Money.

You go to Santo Domingo and generally speaking the women know what's up and if they're any interest you can get the number and smash.

Way back on the Santo Domingo board I said you could go to any nail shop on the east side and possibly fuck several nail techs.

It's harder to do that in cities without a lot of mongers in them.

Again you want to see " the real Colombia". See the sights save a fortune on accomodations you could and should defenitely consider popping into Popayan.

But other than street meat there won't be much else there.

Bay Boy goes to Periera and loves it, he went to next door Armenia and found the pickings slimmer.

The street Meat prices are a little cheaper and street meat quality is a little better but it's diminishing returns.

I met a chick in Medellin that works at the Mansion who is from Pereira who came to the big city to hustle, That's the case all over Colombia In Bar Olympus half the girls are from Narino in there.

Me and another Cali Monger thought about reconning Buenventura assuming that since some of the girls we met were from there we could go to the source.

As far as I can tell there's no scene there. There may be a random bar but in a Port town There's no strip clubs and not even street meat.

Not to mention the town is extremely dangerous.

Again not saying don't go just don't be surprised if you have a hard time getting girls in Manizales.

A Youtuber met his wife there and was ran out when the family extorted him.

What other cities in Colombia have you visited before besides the ones you listed here? I'm curious because there's more to see and experience in Colombia besides where everyone else (Gringos) it's going.

I've made numerous trips to Medellin over many years. In 2023 I decided to try Cartagena and did Bogota last year. Just the major cities. I've been hearing how good it is in the smaller towns. I'm planning on retiring in either Colombia or Thailand. Planning a trip to Thailand later this year at which time I will finally decide. If I choose Colombia I will have Medellin as my base and venture forth into other cities, towns and pueblos.

Glad you're enjoying yourself. That taxi driver definitely sounds like a jerk! Re. taxi's, when you come out of clubs in areas you don't know, do you just hail a cab? Even after dark? I heard the area around Son Sonero / Bar la 20 is pretty sketchy, was it after dark that you hailed a cab there?

I've even gotten a cab after dark when leaving Bar La 20. I even went across the street to a spot near their overflow club and got some chicharrones to-go, then caught the cab and went to Barrio Grenada.

I had a great session with a chica from Bar Olympus on Friday night. Went around 8 pm, maybe 20 guys and 25 girls. Normally I'd hand around a while before deciding on a chica, but a young mulata I had my eyes on last time was there made a beeline for me almost as soon as I came in. Got chatting, she said all the right things and had a good vibe with her so took her upstairs. 125 K for the hour plus 50 K for extras. She was very hot and I had no complaints! Rooms pretty spartan with bright lighting though. Didn't bother me, but often chicas don't like that. Better than a dark room anyway! Left a happy man.

The only problem I've ever had in Colombia was here when one jerk deliberately took me to the wrong location most likely in the hope that I'd pay him more to take me to the right place. I paid him, got out and took a taxi to the right place. While he was driving I knew we were in the wrong area and kept emphasizing the address I wanted to go to. A real asshole.

I have been having some great sessions here. Friday nights in the park by the Iglesia La Ermita is a blast. Saw a few tens there last night. People milling around, music blasting, some dancing salsa and everybody having fun.

I like Cali. If I chose a city to live in in Colombia I'd choose it above Bogota and Cartagena. My lack of Spanish speaking skills is a great impediment. I could see that if I lived here and my Spanish improved considerably I could have a great time here.

The park near the Iglesia Ermita is El Bulevar.

Keep in mind this is different from the recently opened Bulevar del Oriente.

They have weekend Rumbas (street parties) there every non rainy weekend a great place to meet people and people watch.

The Park is interesting in itself for the culture vultures out there.

It's possible to dance with an meet a non Pro there though I must admit I know of very few expats or visitors who pulled a girl there as they usually come in groups with dudes.

Have to wear long trousers to these places to not stand out I guess? So far have been quite unadventurous, just visiting online chicas either by foot or public transport during daytime, and have walked to Bar Olympus as it's very close to me. I'm wary of relying on Taxis / Uber at night. Never use Uber in Europe. If you're in a club at night, is it always easy to get a ride with them home?

For online chicas here it's not ideal, as they're spread far and wide across the city. Taking an Uber across town to meet one that you may not like and refuse, is too much of a waste of time. Better to go to a casa with a choice of chicas then. On top of that they're generally more expensive than Medellin, add more as extras and tend to hide their faces more in photos.

I saw my first slim working girl today at Bar Son Sonero. As I walked in at around 3. 00 pm she was dancing with an hombre. Unfortunately for me they disappeared arriba not too long after my arrival. Scoped out the place and saw about 10 or so chicas; some were seated but those who walked around had, yes you guessed it, huge butts. There was a girl whose butt looked natural but I was not liking her face. Alexandra came to chat, she may have been late thirties, early forties. Angelica who was seated was the height I like so I waited for her to get up to walk around which she did after about 40 minutes. I called this place the city too green for the average gringos. You are experiencing exactly what I've experienced when I first started coming here.

The chicas in Dr. Amor are pretty if you don't mind medically enhancement. Unfortunately I do. Then there's Bar 20. Reminds me of an old western saloon. About 30 guys socializing and maybe 8 girl walking around offering entertainment. The place was like lackluster to me.
