There are some non-posters who spend months at a time there who I have met, that know way more than I do about what goes on, so I really don't consider myself an exception in the scheme of things. I actually consider myself a part timer in Centro as I don't stay in Centro, but am there most days for a few hours at a time. Sometimes it's just part of my daily routine.

And as far as some of the others I've mentioned who are non-posters, some have gone with dozens and dozens of the girls working there, a lot of them speak Spanish, and can tell you which ones are the performers and which one's aren't, how much they cost, and all kinds of other information.

I do everything alone. I made the mistake of talking with those gringos when I stayed at Botero Boulevard for 3 weeks. There are about 9 of them. 2 stay in Botero Boulevard. 4 stay in Premier Plaza. 3 stay elsewhere. Most have been here 7-8 months. Some are on a pension or Social Security. One I was told lives off mommy dearest. Many of the others are living here off their unemployment benefits. One tried to cock block me 3 times. Another guy saw this girl following me to the hotel but from a far distance so he told her to come with him and that he would pay more. He was not lying. But she would have to go to his place in Poblado to get the extra money. He failed and she continued to follow me to my hotel. This other idiot in the group had a dream of having sex with identical twins. Someone on this site posted about some twins. (Very nice of you to do so whoever you are because I forgot who) I contacted the girls and they wanted 240,000 each for an hour plus taxi 20,000 and sent two pictures. I brought this too his attention but it was too much money for him. Too much! So 500,000 / 3600 COP = $140. $140 for a dream come true. He is 63+. How much time does he have left? Then another of the group stated within 5 minutes of talking to him that there was no way to leave during the lockdown. I told him about the humanitarian flights that Spirit had every month from different cities and he argued with me about no flights. I could go on and on and on.

Hate those guys with a passion. The main reason I quit talking to them is that they would talk for hours about nothing. Most have never been anywhere else in Colombia because they have little money so nothing to learn from them. Bunch of Chesters. One wanted me to walk with him and he would approach young looking girls. If a cop were to approach him and ask him why he was talking to the young girl, I know what he would do. He would point to me 50 feet away (because I had no interest) and tell the police that he was talking to the girl for me because I do not know Spanish. So many stories.

There are too many variables to do any straight comparison. What it is always going to come down to is whatever each person prefers.

What bothers me is when someone declares that their way is the only way and anyone who does things differently is doing things wrong. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is if you enjoyed yourself.

I've always been open to recommendations as to how I might enjoy myself more, and at a better value, and this has paid dividends. In fact that's pretty much the purpose of this forum. The members should ignore all requests to refrain from critiquing someone who simply "enjoyed themselves."

Colombians respond to things in their own time. I still get requests accepted that I sent out 3 years ago. It's the same with messages. They might respond in 5 seconds, or 5 days. About the only time you can count on a quick response is when they're desperate for money.

This is correct. Few Colombian putas will work if they have a little money in their pockets, and she will be off the radar until she spends it. The laziness factor cannot be over estimated.

After a couple failed attempts, I finally made it to Medellin. This is how it went down.

Day 4- Met up with SS again and he took me on a lap in Centro, through Botero and around the back of the church. We checked out the lineups at New Life, Zandaly, Aiffe and Club Sexy de Amigas. Found a cute little thing at Club Sexy named Hilary. This time I went with the one I thought was the hottest and it worked out great. She had a great attitude. CBJ, DFK, many positions. 80 k for an hour and she gave me a good workout. Got her number and will probably repeat.

Many thanks to all the BM's for the valuable info. Hopefully I have contributed something in return. I'm already trying to figure out how to arrange my life to get back to Colombia as soon as possible.

The Medellin scene is alive and thriving. I spent a week focusing on mongering activities. Met up with board members and hung out a few times. Some long term expat mongers are constructing businesses! Gringo bar in Laureles in San peter and co working cafes in Laureles and Envigado. Essentially, everyone is hustling, both mongers and chicas. I liked the energy of the city!

Centro has a lot of Venezuelan chicas but the unwritten rule is that you will find most of them in the same spot. It's as if they stake out each part of the pavement. I have not had a chance to venture out in the Raudal area. Some of the casas have been remodeled (amigas) or have a completely new line up and manager (dulce compania). The updated maps are close to accurate as to what is closed and what is open. For Laureles, Tantra has the best line up with Energy coming second. Two chicas in Tantra actually speak some English. Avoid Eros if you are looking for 7 and above chica in terms of looks. I also enjoyed a good number of top class restaurants in centro, one among them is Hatoviejo on Junin.

For those interested in massages. There are 2 I liked- Mandalay massage in floresta and club bendito in st. Lucia. Both are easy to get to if you are take the Metro.

On this trip, I primarily concentrated on SA. The experience is certainly interesting. Chicas are all shapes and sizes. Most have a regular job or that is what they say. Some are students or unemployed. I concentrated on the 18-25 range, although some of them could have been older. Most ask around 200 to 300. I have paid as low as 150. A couple of them did not specifically ask for money but I would still place 150 in their bag before they leave. One interesting experience- an office accountant who declined any money saying she is not a prepago. Each cita is a 2-3 hour*event coupled with dinner / lunch. Flake rate and responsiveness is similar to FB. The ability to speak*Spanish well will be a huge advantage for more enjoyable encounters.

SA and FB do have the same girls, ie. , the same girls have their SA and FB profile. I do not know the pricing difference since I did not repeat my FB chicas from the previous trip.

Worst experience has been Park leras pick up of a vennie duo's along with another monger from the board. We went to a love motel. She asked for money upfront and gave a dead fish experience. Well this will be my second trip to Medellin I plan to hit San Andreas as well with a friend and her GF so it will be a decent time. Does anyone have any "spots" that are a must in San Andreas or is it mainly just a beach town. Also I will be in Medellin for Halloween what can I expect? Crazy parties I went earlier in March so I dealt with restrictions and curfew but still had an amazing time so I am excited to go back with everything being open.

I spent past 2 months in Medellin. I did all of monger on Seeking Arrangements. I will say that there is a lot of good talents on SA. All shapes and sizes and prices. Many are looking for daddy relationships. Others are pure hookers. The problem with SA is that many of these girls can be flaky or are almost always 1-2 hours late. I did about 7 girls on that site. Most were relatively good GFE. They all had amazingly clean shave puzz. In hindsights, I should have did casas or higher end escorts instead. Because I think you waste lots of time communicating and waiting for girls to come over. Better to have quick sex with a known quantity. Some had an agreement of 250-300 k COP to come over. Others didn't talk about gifts and just came over for sex. But I always tried to give them something. Most asked for the cab fares to / fro Poblado.

I will also add that I felt very safe in Medellin. But I also did not go out late at night and pick up the hooker. I am quite a timid monger and didn't want to expose myself. I am surprised many of you went to El Centro for mongering, because that place felt unsafe to me. But that is my perspective. I was surprised to see so many sex tourist in Parque Llaves, dressed in all kinds of "papaya", with cell phones in full visibilities. No wonder tourists get robbed.

Overall you will love Medellin. Just be smart.

I now noticed that I don't want to stay in Poblado when I go to Medellin at the end of the Month, because I think its a Tourist trap and I want to Change my Hotel to a Hotel in Laureles.

For me its only important that the room is not the smallest and that the location is close to a metro station and some acceptable internet. And most important that they are chica friendly. I don't need more than that.

All good stuff, but there's one thing that you have overlooked in the price comparison, something almost everyone seems to miss. The rate in El Centro is usually for 30 minutes or less and there's usually an additional charge for the room. I've never had a Facebook girl stay for less than an hour, and quite often they're with me for 2 hours or more. So it's not 30-50 k compared to 150-200 k. When you adjust for the amount of time spent the price is close to the same. And you are probably spending the time in a much nicer room.

Of course, if you have no interest in spending more time with a girl than the bare minimum necessary, it wouldn't make sense to pay for a girl who will stick around for 2 hours.

Someone else questioned about waiting around for girls, or taking them to a love motel. I've never had a problem with taking girls to love motels. I've had several pick me up along the way to go to a motel. However, I have usually used Motel Ibiza, and once they see the room they don't want to leave.

As far as women being late, I found an easy solution. If I want her to show up at 6 pm, I'll tell her 5 or 5:30. By 6:15 they're at my door.
