Visa needed before you get there

I've been looking into going to Isla Margarita and from what I have read, getting a visa from USA for US citizens is a long process and only through their consulate in DC, maybe easier and quicker in Colombia but check it out first since they say you need it before going there.

They have the route from Bogotá to Caracas listed on their website but apparently the route is currently suspended due to Covid-19, at least that's what it says on the website when you try to book the route.

I know people that live there. It is extremely dangerous if you are suspected of having money. Much more than the worst of the US from what I've been told.

Not having place and time to provide you with, but pretty much like after war.

Anyone bilingual in Spanish and showing a genuine local accent will trade it with a bocadillo de Guayaba?

What is mongering life like in a hyperinflation society?

Judging by the beauty of the Venezuelan emigres I run into in Miami, Madrid, Barcelona and South America, the mother country's cupboard could be bare.

It's not usual to see a Venezuelan beauty abroad married to some average joe who can provide security and stability. It reminds me of West Germany soon after the wall fell down. You would see East German beauties seamlessly starting new lives in the West.

There is no denying that Caracas at night is very dangerous. Crime is the only thing preventing me from visiting, apart from covid of course.

Skid row is hardly the most dangerous place in America. Try walking through Southside Chicago and see if you wouldn't be worried. Shootings happen every single day for any reason.
