When you get to the airport go outside of the new terminal ang find an AAA Taxi at the stand. Take them into town. It is still expensive (abut 600 CZK) but they are one of the few honest taxi's in Prague and use a meter. YOur other options are a bus going into the center or taking a bus to the tram stop and taking a tram to the hotel, a pain with luggage but very cheap (20 CZK)
