Now that I look at the (old?) Jako maps, they do seem to indicate some of the houses have elevators. Whether these are for public use or even accurate is another question. T34 and T27 and some on Elbe. I wasn't looking so perhaps they are there in plain sight.

I suspect that guy is an AI bot. Anyway, I have walked through all of them and have never seen an elevator. Granted, I only visit once or twice a year and skip over some of the houses because of seeing a majority of women that do not appeal to me. I could be wrong but I don't think you can count on an elevator.
